Shonen, the routine that got me up to about 5 3/4” in 4-5 months was a 5 minute soak in warm/hot water, 25 minutes of manual stretching (1 minute in each direction - forward, right, up, left, down x 5), 20 minutes of wet jelqing, some kegels, then a 5-10 minute penis massage, 5 days on 2 days off. After that I gained a further 1/2” or so with mainly manual stretching and some jelqing. Stretching duration varying from about 10 to 45 minutes. Good luck with your gains! PE really does work!

That’s good advice… I’ve been trying my best to give her really good sex, mostly by kegelling while doing it (because it makes me harder for the duration of the kegel), and thrusting in the way she seems to moan the most. She always moans when I kegel so there is definitely an effect on the feeling for HER, but maybe I should be concentrating on bringing myself to orgasm, which will in turn make me harder and thus more satisfying to her anyway?

That could well be true, especially if I was masturbating hard at an 85% erection like I did so many times as a youngster. Thanks for the PC info too, lately I had been just kegelling away whenever I got the chance, for maybe 40 minutes in total a day. I guess its a muscle like any other. Does this mean it would be wise to give PC work a day on, day off schedule as with bodybuilding other muscles?
Thanks for all the advice and tips guys. Last night I tried to get a major erection, and it worked to some extent. I lied down in bed and got an erection with thoughts and a few kegels, no manual stimulation. Of course, by then I just had to beat it off and get it fully hard. I got pretty much an erection I could be happy with. Just gotta learn to get it any time I want.
