We’ve had discussions with Peter in the past on his theory that the body balances heat too rapidly to have any positive effect to PE whatsoever. One member, I forget who, countered something along the lines of why then are heat-pads used in sporting accidents to soften ligaments?
In my experience warm-ups are a vital and imperative aspect of any routine and neglecting the warm-up is a sure road to discolouration and other nasty injuries. Some people, in my opinion, simply don’t get discolouration and therefore have no pressing need to warm-up. However my belief is if guys like Peter effectively warmed-up they would have grown much quicker.
I use a tap. This is far, far superior than any of the other methods presented so far, in my opinion. Not only are you being hit by X times how many billion more vibrating atoms per second, but it is also effortless to adjust temperature; there is experienced no gradual loss of heat; and both hands are free so you are able to massage the penis simultaneously. No other method offers as many benefits, with as much easy and simplicity.
