I’ve been reading up a lot lately and I’ve concluded that how well you warm your johnson up before your routine will have a huge impact on gains.
I have, thus far, used the method of a plastic container that I filled up about an inch with extremely hot water. I then have a hole I put my penis through and I let the closed system steam warm me up. The water doesn’t actually touch my wang, the warm water vapor acts as a sauna.
But then tonight I tried putting my mister directly submerged in hot water (not nearly as hot as the water used to cause the steam in the first example) and afterwards it felt a LOT more warmed up and ready to go. This made me wonder if I could help my gains by perhaps gaining knowledge on warm-up methods.
SO PLEASE. Let me know HOW much you’ve gained and since when. And then tell me how you warm up and for how long. I hope to see some correlations. Big gainers please let me know.
