I’m curious. What muscle am I working exactly here?I noticed two different things I can do with my genital region. One I can make my balls “retract” towards my body, which according to the diagrams look like it could be from the BC muscle. The other is where I can stop the flow of urine (which is basically the LOT tugback) which is suppose to be the BC too?
Sorry for the long delay in my response. I somehow missed your post.
The nerves in this area are interconnected and stimulating one usually stimulates others. Even though the nerves stimulated things at the same time, different muscles are responsible to the movements you see. The testicles are elevated by the cremaster muscles . The penis movement is the contraction of the bulbocavernosus (better named the bulbospongiosus) muscle (BC). Stopping urine flow is the relaxation (and therefore contraction) of the urinary sphincter the surrounds the neck of the bladder.
