Other witnessed postives? Man I thought I was doomed to be a minute man. Forever. But now thanks to erect kegels, which is what mostly my routine, I am having total freaking control of my monster. I have tamed it. Well, not completely, but I would say a 500% increase in my control. Not kidding about the number, btw. Also, my shooting distance is sweet. Just the other day I was jerkin’ it and shot a good distance, which I haven’t been able to do ever (consistently).

WARNING. KEGELING WILL MAKE YOU MORE CONFIDENT. Who isn’t more confident with a meatier, healthier, fuller, bigger, larger, sausage in your pants? Not only that, I am seeing really good results with my PE right now, and kegels are definitely helping me gain.

Many thanks for this great, informative article! I was always worried that I did not do the kegels correctly because it was sometimes hard not to involve the sphincter-muscle and PC when doing them. Now I know that I have nothing to worry about, plus I have a much better understanding of how the whole thing relates to better penile health! :) Good job!

Everyone should do kegels, thanks to them I sometimes cum like a pornstar now, while my ejaculations were only ‘so-so’ before! :D Not sure that i’m having harder erections though.

I do have a question though. I try to do kegels about five times a week, but sometimes I just have to skip a day (or two) because i’m too tired or whatever (I always do them in bed, feels better that way). Do you have any idea how long it would be before the muscle starts weakening again? I’m not hoping that I would be back to square one when if I had to skip a week (for whatever reason that may be).

I don’t think the positive benefits of kegels disappear very rapidly. I have no source except for my own experience. A week off really shouldn’t hurt, but since you can do the exercise any time (driving, at the office, in church) there probably wouldn’t be a time when you couldn’t keep up with your program.

Yes, that is very true of course. But I like to keep things consistent and do it all in one sessions instead of a couple of kegels here and a couple of kegels there during the day. This is also because doing kegels while lying down in bed seems to be the most comfortable way of doing them for me. But, if I really can’t do them at night, doing them during the next day to keep up is not a bad idea of course!

I can feel a bulbo urthral gland in my perineum is this normal?

Do we have lymph glands in the perineum ?

The bulbourethral (Cowper’s) glands are quite small, about the size of a large pea and they sit above the bulbocavernosus muscle. It would be rather difficult to actually feel one through the perineum.

Lymph nodes in the area around the genital organs are usually confined to the groin (inguinal area) and lie deep in near the large blood vessels. Do you think you have some that are swollen?

Once again thank you so much for this thread. It reassured me that I’ve been doing my kegel workouts in the right way and contracting the right muscle.

Could you please give me advice regarding my workouts. I started doing kegels on a regular basis 6 weeks ago, gradually escalating both the amount and squeezes’ longevity. I have been doing 70-100 6-8-second contractions almost everyday while sitting for the last 2 weeks. And I see positive results. Erections have become harder, it’s easier for me to maintain them (that’s been a certain problem for me), and sometimes my dick is even jumpy, so to speak.

What should I do now? I have the following options:
1. Do 70-100 9-10 second squeezes
2. Do 120-140 6-8 second squeezes
3. Kegel not only while sitting, but lying in bed. Is the variety of positions during kegel workouts beneficial for BC?

What is your opinion on this issue?

And are days-off necessary? Which schedule would you recommend from your experience.

I will be grateful also if another experienced kegelist give me advice as well.

You’re seeing positive results so increasing anything such as the number done or the time involved shouldn’t be necessary. The point is to tone the muscle. It doesn’t need a lot of exercise for that to happen. You can continue your current regimen or even cut back to every other day. I doubt the position you do it in has much influence on toning. Glad to hear you’ve seen improvements from doing them. :thumbs:

I’ll follow your advice and just keep doing what I’m doing now for 6-8 weeks. Hopefully, it will suffice to improve my blood inflows in the penile tissues a little bit more. I still need harder erections and, if it’s possible, a more “jumpy” dick, just for fun. If the results meet my expectations, then I’ll just go with a maintenance routine for, presumably, the next 40-50 years. :)

I’m not sure, it feels like some sort of vessel.

It’s soft and it has an undefined shape sort of like jelly.

It is pea size, only it’s flattened and moves around. It’s underneath the bc muscle ( right on it ).

Doesn’t hurt either, it seems like it was there forever and I’m not sure if I want to go to the doctor for it.

I actually have something similar. I think it’s a sebaceous cyst (blocked oil gland). It doesn’t hurt, hasn’t grown and is mobile. It’s under (or part of) the skin and lies between my anus and scrotum. Yours is probably something similar and nothing to be concerned about (but that’s just my opinion and I’m not a doctor).

It could be a lypoma, a non-cancerous, benign fatty tumor. I had one of those, too. It was on my right armpit area a bit below the biceps on the inside of the upper arm. I had it removed even though it wasn’t really hurting anything.

I’m curious. What muscle am I working exactly here?

I noticed two different things I can do with my genital region. One I can make my balls “retract” towards my body, which according to the diagrams look like it could be from the BC muscle. The other is where I can stop the flow of urine (which is basically the LOT tugback) which is suppose to be the BC too?

Westla, thank you for starting the post. I will start doing Kegals every other day and see what happens. I would like to get a stiffer woody and keep little jimmy healthier.
