long or short jelqs?

Man does curiosity run wild in PE. I jelq for 30 minutes manually and I am wondering if it’s better to do 300ish 2-3 sec. jelqs or better to do 600+ 1 sec jelqs. Which method do you guys do?

I also mix in a jelq with a kegel hold which feels like my dick is going to explode!! I also see my veins going crazy which gives me super adrenaline =)

Most will probably say that slow, long jelqs put more pressure on the tunica and give better results than the fast ones.

I do 10-15 minutes of 3 second strokes. Just feels better to me.

Whew, okay that’s what I’ve been doing. I love the feeling I get when I kegel and do a 3 or more sec jelq. My dick feels like it’s going to explode and I feel like I’m accomplishing more.

I do both long and short strokes. I also alternate jelq methods: overhand ok, underhand ok, top and bottom only, and sides only.

Does anyone else think this is a good method? I only do overhand ok grip jelqs, am I missing out?

I alternate between methods during a session. My most common is OK grip palm facing down. So the pinky is out in front of me on top of my penis. But whenever I start to lose to much erection. I turn it around to underhand palm facing ceiling with pinky trailing the hand. Even though I don’t feel a lot of erection increase, after about a minute I turn it back over and have a lot more blood in my penis. I also get a more “internal” feeling from underhanded, and more pressure on the tunica from overhanded.

I go fairly fast when jelqing. I use alot of pressure and strength but my stokes last only about 1-2 seconds.
