sizemore, when you are stretching are you doing DLD’S Dual Fulcrum or are you just pulling down?

I´ve been experimenting with the fulcrums just the last couple of days, after I measured. I don´t know if they´ll work for me or not but they seem promising. It also looks damn cool having the dick lying over the forearm!
But before I measured I never did the fulcrums, I just pulled down and sometimes straight up and straight out.
