lost gains

lost gains

Hi all,

I am a PE veteran. I took a year or two off and lost whatever gains I had. I am just now getting back into doing PE. Figured I’d tell members that gains will come if you keep at it, but you won’t make any progress if you stop for too long.

I was doing jelqing and stretching for about a half hour to an hour a day.

What do you think of the concept of ‘cementing’ gains— based on your experience do you think it’s possible to do so? Did you follow a ‘cementing’ routine when you stopped?

How much did you gain and how much did you loose?

Damn, you lost all your gains in a years time? It sucks reading threads like these. It makes me think that we’re just wasting our time if

our long hard work is just going to shrink back to what it was before PE. Has anybody successfully retired from PE and kept their gains?

JustWanaBe,

I haven’t retired, but have taken more than a year off without losing much of my gains. Maybe if you PE for a few months, and then quit, you might lose everything. But if someone were to PE for a few years before stopping, I think it would be very unusual for someone to lose everything they gained.

to be honest I haven’t measured in a long time. I might not have lost all my gains but probably a significant amount. I gained about 1.5 inches and probably lost three quarters of that by the looks of things. I am getting into a routine again. Also I gained a lot of weight so that might make me appear to have lost more than I might have.

So you really do not know for sure if you lost gains? What you are sayin is that you have gained weight and it looks like you have lost some gains with out actually measuring anything. HMMM. No offense but why would you say you lost gains when you didn’t even measure? So far it’s just factless info that can discourage people. And maybe your gains “lost” has something to do with your weight gain? I am not trying to be an asshole, I am just wondering.

Started 5.5 x 4.5 erect Length and Girth Goal 7 x 6.5 erect Length and Girth

Currently 5.9 x 5.5 erect Length,Girth and going !

So, you, uhhh, haven’t measured, but it looks like perhaps you have probably lost gains ‘cause your unit seems to look a lot smaller (in your estimation) now that you have gained a lot of weight?

Just trying to get a handle on things here.

Walter - some specifics would be appropriate. How long did you PE? What routine were you using and over what period of time? Why would you comment on loosing your gains if you have not measured lately (just to be commenting accurately if nothing else)?

Also, you have a large advantage over many members here. You know that you are an easy gainer. All you have to do is be consistent and put it the work. Many here aren’t nearly so lucky.
