Low LOT, how much gain so far?

Low LOT, how much gain so far?

I have low LOT and have been doing PE for about a month, so far I have gained about 1cm in length only :(

As far as I know, low LOT = less gain, right?

Anyway, I’m curious to know how many guys here have low LOT and how much gain from PE so far?

Please state as follow:
(1) What is your current size?
(2) How long you have been doing PE?
(3) How much gain you have so far?
(4) What are your routine?

I am not convinced that low LOT = less gains, and I’ve studied the whole LOT business pretty carefully. Gaining 1 cm in one month is actually pretty good progress.

Spinning, you shouldn’t say 1cm is a small gain. Actually it’s a very good gain for 1 month. I’ve been doing PE for 5 months with 7:00-7:30 LOT. I’ve gained 0,75-0,8” EL and I’m very very happy to get even these gains. But of course I’m also greedy and want more more and once again MORE :D !


Before PE: NBPEL 5.50" x EG 4.30"

Current: NBPEL 6.50" (BPEL 7.5") x EG 4.6" (head EG 5")

Goal: NBPEL 7.00" x EG 5.25"

My lot is about 7.

Like it is said in my signature, you can see that I gained a respectable size during a 2 month period with the newbie routine only.

So that means that the LOT theory has nothing to do with gains…in my opinion it there’s some thruth to it but it rather depresses newbies with low lot, and u all should know that the pshihologiacal factor it’s just as important as the phisycal one..

I do believe that the ability to strech your ligs/tunica comes from their laxity,so…our genes dictates everything

I am trying to do a little research to find out if low LOT = less gains and which routine allows maximum gain in length and how long does it takes.

So far from the input the users are as follows:
spinning, LOT=7, Length= 5”, Gain=1cm, Duration=1 month, Routine=newbie
dobbelbock, LOT=7, Length= 7.5”, Gain=2”, Duration=5 months, Routine=???
chunkyaa34, LOT=7, Length= 7,5625”, Gain=0.25”, Duration=2 months, Routine=newbie

My LOT is between 6 and 7, and I have gone from 5” to 6.25” BPEL in two months, (newbie routine).

LOT theory should be considered as a reference point, not as a law. Having a low LOT does not necessarily means that you cannot gain in short time, maybe in some cases it will be a little harder, but you will gain anyway. Besides that, I think it´s more important to hangers. You don´t worry so much and stretch at all angles.

Since starting PE, my LOT is, and has stayed, between 6 and 7. In the first four months, I gained 0.5”. Virtually zero length gains since then.

In December of last year, I started a new routine of clamping and dry jelqing. This seems to be working well. I haven’t measured yet, but I can tell that EG and FL have increased. No idea if it will yield any EL.

Having a low LOT does not condemn you to the land of nongainers. It just means you may have to take a different approach to PE. By this I mean maybe you should look into exercises that focus on the tunica instead of the ligaments. Also, keep in mind that LOT is usually accompanied by the word “Theory,” so don’t take it as the gospel truth.

I’ve gotten what I consider great gains with a low LOT. I started at 5.5” BPEL and after about 3.5 months I’m a tad over 6” BPEL. Routine was a variation of the newbie routine (manual stretch, jelq) and I just recently added pumping.
