I started on the 10th of jan and had planned to measure the 10th of each month, unfortunatly curosity got the better of me and i had to measure.

So 1st feb 2004, in three weeks i have gained 4/8th erect length and 2/8th girth. i just hope it continues.

i will measure again (if i can control myself) 10/3/2004

Congrats 528, sure is hard not to whip out the ruler every five minutes :) .

I like how you’ve also added your weight goal into your stats.

Weight for me seems to be the problem at the moment, its just not moving. I think i may be doing the wrong exercises, i will give it a few more weeks and evaluate the situation

Nice solid early gains. Just keep doing what you’re doing. When you hit a plateau, take a break, then come back with a little less work, then drive your workout up above your previous limits - slightly.

Keep thinking BREAKS whenever you plateau - don’t just bump it up to something crazy, like I and so many other guys have done in the past.

You know what’s really weird, I started on the thenth of January too. I guess that’s not THAT big of a coincidence since there’s hundereds of people on this board but, still kind of interesting. I’ve made a little more than 1/10th an inch gains, it’s exciting eh!

My ruler is going up in 1/8 increments, so 5.6/8 = five inches before the decimal point and 6 parts of an inch after

If you want to lose weight, cut carbohydrates from your diet, drink shitloads of water ( this will flush your system as well as making your dick seem bigger ), and work out 3 or 4 times a week for atleast 30 minutes.

Doing this, you will reach your weight goal long before the others. If you are not measuring bp, you should. It would be interesting to know how much usable length you gain per 10 pounds lost.

Who knows? You might have a 10”er hiding in there.

Man, you gotta stay out of those pubs. Everytime I’m in England I gain 3 pounds from too many pints and steak and ale pies. I love pub food but it’s hell on the waist line. BTW, how tall are you?

I don’t drink an alcohol ( not even rum toffee’s), but i have a weakness for kebab meat and chips with all the sauces. i have cut back/out chocolate, crisps and all/most food after 8pm.

I am 5ft 8” which is just below average, or way below if you are American
