Two nights ago, I had the house all to myself so I figured, “What the hell?” I did a mammoth jelq session. Dry Jelqs - very vigorous (almost like a Uli) and performed very, very slowly.

I would do between 40-50 with one hand, then 40-50 with the other, and I kept alternating like that. But I still used both hands. If I was jelqing with my right hand, for example, I would just grip my cock with that hand. But I would also wrap my left hand around it, to improve the tension, and use my left arm to actually move both hands down my shaft. Again, very slowly.

I actually lost count at around 300, but I kept doing them. Both of my hands were aching, I was sweating like hell, and my member was beet red and madly bloated. I was becoming so fatigued, but I stubbornly pushed on - basically, until I began to fear that my unit was nearing its outer limits.

Anyway, I had a huge pump, which lasted nearly an hour. Curiously, the fella started to shrivel for the next several hours (which depressed me, of course). But then it seemed to “rebound,” and began regaining that bloat again.

This morning, when I was taking a piss, I noticed significant bruising on the shaft, around the corona, and even on the glans. Also, my penis was unusually “heavy.” It was definitely not a partial chubby, because there was no rigidity whatsoever - just a heavy, liquid-like bloating (possibly similar to a penis that was vacuum pumped). It was also longer than usual. When I was pissing, it was really swollen and hung limply over the edge of my hand - straight down, like a necktie. It was pretty cool actually.

I’ve also been drinking a lot of water and taking ginseng. The only bad thing I’ve noticed is that the “rust ring” which PE has left around my shaft already seems darker. Oh well.

In the long run, I would say the mammoth sessions are of little use and just contribute to macro damage that does not promote growth.

You may be right. But with only 1.6” EL gain in nearly 2 years, I’m trying to “shock the monkey” a bit. I would never attempt to maintain this type of routine for an extended period of time. I just wanted to really hit it hard, reach a new level of expansion, etc. Hoping that I “jarred things” a bit, and may see some renewed growth shortly.

If not, I know that extended breaks work. After all, we’re just feeling our way around - all of us, since we’ve received no “scientific technology” from the medical community.

If you want to try something new, try this. Get back into hard kegels and a moderate routine and finish with 15 to 30 minutes of masturbation to “lock” in your after PE gains.

Although I am back to pumping, I now kegel hard in the tube and only use moderate pressure of 5 in hg for 2 15 minute sessions, but then finish with long masturbation sessions. Not only does this workout max me out, it feels great and I am back to gaining again.

I’ve tried it both ways. Cum at the end and not. For me the after effect is better when I cum, especially the longer I hold out. The 30 minute after PE masturbation sessions are very good, but a lot of this is made better because I do so much kegeling during my pump sessions. When I maintain my after pump size for 30 minutes worth of masturbation, the cementing effect seems to really kick into gear.

I did a thing, about 3 years ago, which I called the “Pump ‘n’ Jelq”. Thunder and some other vets probably remember that.

First, I do a good pumping session, with a slow start, then increase the pressure. I did that for about 15 - 20 mins. After that, I took a hot shower, to warm up and to do some stretching under hot water. Then I moved on to jelquing. Intense jelquing. For about 30 mins.

Guess what….it worked wonders for me.

Today I take a supp called Vahard. Keeps my dick constantly pumped and hanging low and fat. For some reason the GF wants to suck it all the time :)

For me I’ve noticed an upper limit of about 300 jelqs (whether wet or dry, always at a high intensity) where I get a lot more bruising after a session than if I do, say, 250. I guess the tissues can only take so much in one session.

My initial, and pretty good gains, when I started PE was from the exact opposite of this. I’d jelq for about 30 min (didn’t count reps in those days) in sets of 25 trying to keep the erection level as high as possible. Then I’d go straight into the tube for roughly 30 min of pumping. Gave me 1.2” in BPEL in about 6-7 months. In those days I always masturbated and ejaculated after my session too, kind of like what gprent101 talked about. Could be something to that. (I got a slight bruising injury from the pumping though and that made me stay away from PE for a few years.)

Once in a while is OK, so long as you aren’t visibly fucked up. Just remember that those bruises can amount to worse things that just regular soreness.

Thanks for the warning, secjay, but I won’t be falling into that trap. You’ve probably read some of my posts regarding how extreme PE can toughen up the tunica, making gains more difficult, etc.

As I said, I was just trying to create a state of extreme congestion in my unit, hoping to jar it into a new growth phase. I probably did go a little over board, considering all the bruising - so I wouldn’t go that far the next time I try such a workout.
