I am not be able to hold the grip for more then 2 - 3 minute too.
The “secret” is to change hand when necessary, for example once every 1-2 minute, as the original post said.
The grip must be a reverse OK, thumb and forefinger near the fatpad.
In this way you can also close all your hand around the shaft choosing the exact pressure you want.
When your hand is tired, put the other hand below the first, then release the first, kegel very strong and close the second hand.
