Has anybody had any gains through manual clamping? I mean using you hand as tight grip when you have a full erection. I did this before for about a week using 3 sets of ten minutes each and saw a noticeble difference.

I stopped this because I wanted to concentrate on length first. I’m thinking about starting it again.

To have an effective level of clamp for 10 minutes, using only your hand, seems awefully hard to do.

Even if I just received the original cable clamps I am continuing with manual clamping using your same method.

I have begun about 3 week ago and my impression is very good.

My start girth was (is ) very small, only 4.3” MS and during manual clamp I expand of 0.6”.

I was able to have very tight grip for about 10 minutes, this created a ‘nice’ engorgement that lasted for at least a couple of hours, so the promising post-girth meaurements seemed to be a good indicator for me of the effectiveness of the clamp.

For me the manual clamp method is a precursor for the extreme method of using clamps. I can get my tool conditioned before using them.

I manual clamp too, and I can honestly say that I can see a major difference! Although I have yet to measure - after a whole year of PE - I can see and feel the difference in my cock.

I usually clamp after my jelq sessions, 4 sets of 2min clamps using an overhand ok grip right into the base of my fatpad. I don’t think my grip would be good enough to hold out for 3 sets of 10mins! You must have some major grip strength there!

I am not be able to hold the grip for more then 2 - 3 minute too.

The “secret” is to change hand when necessary, for example once every 1-2 minute, as the original post said.

The grip must be a reverse OK, thumb and forefinger near the fatpad.
In this way you can also close all your hand around the shaft choosing the exact pressure you want.

When your hand is tired, put the other hand below the first, then release the first, kegel very strong and close the second hand.

In such a way it is easy to do set of 10 minute or more.

During the set you can add what you prefer, ulis, horses or squeezes the ridge.
Is it possible to modulate the pressure as a person desires.
If the pressure go a little down it is sufficient to slightly release the grip and kegeling.

I have done manual clamping and it does work. I had a pretty thin penis and started with stretching, jelqing and kegels; standard newbie routine. There were gains and it was great but I noticed that if I engorged the cock and held it, it improved my girth. SO I just started incorporating that in. Like a Jelq Squeeze. The end of my session, I would always do a manual clamp for a good 2 min.

I don’t think manually you can sustain the uniform pressure of a clamp but it does work. I figure I am conditioned enough to start clamping with actual clamps now since I wish to do it longer and at greater intensity.
