Hey guys, great site. My routine:

*10 min HW (Hot Wrap)

*15 min Manual Stretching

*20 min Jelq

*2 min HW

* 3*15 JAI (about 5 min)

*5-10 min HW

The question is, should I skip the manual stretching?
Could it make the JAIs ineffective?

Or will it just help? I have been PE:ing like 4 weeks before starting that routine. Only have been doing that routine 2 weeks.

AndersS, Well… It is a good question, and somewhat hard to answer.

Anyway, to my experience, I don’t think that it will harm JAIs as there’s some time between those two type of exercises (jelqin). Looking good!

Stretching

I’ve stopped normal manual stretches and am just doing the AI/2 second pull whatever stretching. I just recently started trying DLD’s idea of fatiguing the PC muscle, so it’s too early to tell if it’s positive, but it definitely aids in determining the proper force to use and helps you feel it.

My basic routine is as follows right now:

10-15 minutes of heating pad (and I do a bunch of PC work)
20-25 minutes of jelqing
5-10 minutes of squeezes (if I feel like it…not every day)
10-20 minutes of AI, DLD style stretching

At it’s longest it can take an hour, and I am trying to do it 5-6 times a week.
