Whos has gained length for just manual stretching, no wieghts or such devices. If so what was you gained length and how long was your routine.

i’ve gained maybe 0.4 in 3 month…

During the first two month I just did the usual 1 minute in every direction stretch after each workout. And the last month I just stretched when I felt like it, mostly behind the leg stretch which feels really good. And it was during this time I gained. But I dont know if it was because of the new excersise or if it took about 3 month to gain for me…

I gained a full inch of erect cock a doodle doo in about 7 months. I also like the behind the leg stretch and pull in all directions.

I think the best time to stretch is directly out of the shower. This has become part of my morning routine and i haven’t lost a bit. Start pulling! You begin to learn about your body over time. I do believe hanging would move things along faster… but am in no rush to 7+ or even 8 inches… 7 months went by in the blink of an eye.
