Masturbation and it's effects on PE

I don’t see how the two are related: PE and masturbation (ejaculation). If, in a two week period, I don’t have sex and ejaculate, or, alternatively masturbate - then I’m a wreck. I get horny as hell, and begin seeing the world through “sex colored glasses”.

Masturbation / ejaculation returns me to an even keel and temperament.

I suspect it’s all programed into our genes. Since women become fertile on a monthly cycle, it stands to reason that men are genetically programmed to ejaculate on a monthly basis.

And, I would think that stretching, jelqing, and the other penis “exercises” and masturbation would enhance each other.

Any experts out there that would care to weigh in?

OT - After doing PE for half a year, I amazed and impressed with the durability, strength, resilience, and beauty of the human penis. For me, PE has meant PH (Penis Health). Well, fact is that the effect you feel as being “horny as hell” is exactly what we want to have on an ideally to the maximum extented span of time. I really think that masturbation can be good for PE outcomes. (1) First of all, I think that after puberty, testosterone has no effect on penis size. Yes it does on libido but not on penis size. Otherwise all steroid users would have big units. Their penises don’t grow but their testes do shrink. Natural penis size is genetic but can be influenced by PE. (2) Since testosterone does not effect penis size, it doesn’t really matter if masturbation increases or decreases testosterone levels. (60 years of experience tell me that, in the long run, sex and masturbation increase testosterone levels. I am much more horny when I am ejaculating often. Did 4 times yesterday and woke up with strong wood today.) (3) Yes, after ejaculating the penis shrinks temporarily. The arteries close up and the veins open to drain the penis. But this is temporary. If you pull on your unit (post ejaculation) and put on a loose cock ring, it will not shrink much. Then follow up with pumping or manual stimulation, velcroe rap, or edging and it is reinflated. (4) If you masturbate by doing long-term edging and doing strong uli type squeezes for long periods of time, you are doing a great PE workout. Marathon masturbation sessions are a chance to get the benefits of clamping and a great deal of enjoyment. Then follow up with a quick pump to maximum size and wear a loose cock ring. My no masturbating experiment only really applies to me, as far as the numbers. However the method can still apply to you. What I have suggested in my conclusion is not that masturbation is bad for PE but in fact a certain amount is good. And stopping for a few weeks is a good thing as well. But not masturbating all together is a bad thing. I say you should take no masturbation breaks, especially if you jerk off 4 times a day and have weak erections.

I’ve been talking to a couple guys that have been doing PE for years and not gained. They both jerk off 4 or 5 times a day and they both have weak erections. I know from experience that jerking off all the time will give you poor erections. Maybe you don’t notice them when your jerking off, but if you try to have sex you will be humping like a rabbit trying to keep it up.

Plato’s Golden Mean is probably right. “All thjings in moderation” But what is moderate for one may be excessive for another. I do have some weakness in my erections, but it is from atherosclerosis and not masturbation. It just goes hand in hand with heart disease. Also my age (60) has something to do with it, too. But with a couple of herbs I get it up several times per day.

Each man must find what is the optimal balance for himself (masturbation, PE, etc.). I have been a fast gainer as the old timers on this board will tell you. Went from 6.25 to 8.75 in about 18 months. Stopped PE and shrunk back to 8.5 BPEL. Good girth too…from 5.8 to 6.25. And all that ejaculation didn’t slow my growth. My bet on the testosterone effect is that it must have a certain effect on PE, keeping in mind the “smooth muscle” tissue. I see the reason why bodybuilders don’t have huge units in the fact that those BB we’re talking about don’t PE as much as they pump the rest of their body. High testosterone levels without exercising won’t have the effect on the physics.
