Masturbation and it's effects on PE
I recently quit masturbating for two months to see if this was effecting my gains, or lack there of. The first month was very good, my erection quality went up, sex was a lot better, my PE sessions were great. I thought I might just have figured out the secret to success. However towards the end of the second month I noticed a drop in occurrence of erections throughout the day, then morning wood being lack, then PE sessions were weak and it just seemed like I wasn’t interested. I’m not sure what happened, I assumed the longer I went without masturbating the hornier I’d get. Not so, in fact the opposite was true.
I always said that masturbating wasn’t satisfying, well this aspect of masturbating might actually be good for PE. I did the deed last night, I had to make myself, I really didn’t even want to do it. And it wasn’t any good either, but I went through the motions and finished. Woke up with a nice morning wood, and had spontaneous erections all day. Had a good morning PE session, and had a nice flaccid all day.
My conclusion is that there is a certain amount of masturbating one should do. I’m sure everybody has different amounts. I’m currently on a mission to figure out what my magic number is. I think I was close before I quit (2 to 3 times a week). I think my number might be once or twice a week.
