Masturbation - Decreases Potential?
Heres just a general question for all you vets out there:
Obviously in order to do some peing techniques you need to get yourself a little or a lot stimulated…. Well sense getting ass is at a minimum right now, the urge to masturbate is a little higher than normal. My question is, have any of you guys or is there evidence out there that shows masturbating after a workout reduces the potentials for gains from that workout? I know testosterone levels drop after ejaculation, but I work out a lot and run so my testoterone levels are constantly be revamped. I usually dont get myself off at all during the week and just wait to get ass because 1. its good discipline and 2. well I think it can reduce the potential of the workout and how your body recoups from it.
Just wondering if any of you have masturbated durin peing, then stopped so much and saw better results, or if you guys just think it makes no difference.
