Don’t know if this is the correct thread to ask, but when do you guys take measurements? Is it after hanging or before? When recording progress which measurement do you use before stretch or after?

Pick your own standard; that’s all that matters. And then stick with that standard. But I would never measure after stretching or pumping, not even in the days after. Maybe a week or two later, after it’s more like normal.
As Don Logan has stated, the most important part is sticking to your own set standard. If you are not consistent on how you measure you will find it very hard to track progress. I also recommend picking a standard that is very easy to repeat, for example BP because weight gain/loss can cause measurements to change.
