Maybe this has been posted already, pretty relevant. IMO

Big cock, tight abs, fit body, strong mind.

So what is the outcome of this paper ?

Now need someone to formulate a topical cream to apply to the penis before PE (as a systemic response could lead to serious complications)

Even in cream most probably will kill you if not immediately, in the long term.

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

So the question is how to achieve non chemical pyridinoline level reduction during VED use. Or traction. I wonder if that is the mechanism of action of therapeutic heat?

Big cock, tight abs, fit body, strong mind.

All the papers Ive read regarding therapeutic heat that lead to collagen remodelling are using temperatures of around 65 degrees C and collagen in-vitro.

I haven’t seen any that are in-vivo as well as a temperature that you would be likely to subject your dick to!

Personally I wouldn’t use anything that messes with collagen. It’s literally what holds you together. I wouldn’t risk it screwing up my dick or rest of my body.

Start: BPEL: 8in BPFL: 4in EG: 5.25in Current: BPEL: 8.5in EG: 5.5 Goal: BPEL: 9in EG: 6in

Enjoys rainy days. Long walks on the beach. And jerking on cam with buds. You know. Just the simple things.

“Above 104F (40 C) occurs thermal transition of the microstructure of the collagen, significantly enhancing the viscous stress-relaxation of collagenous tissue and allowing greater plastic deformation during stretch. (Mason and Rigby 1964, Rigby et al 1959)”

So are you saying that this is incorrect? If so how do we explain the empirical data on heating helping with gains.

I also realize that not every guy that practices PE using heat will benefit.

Kyrpa’s Genesis

Just don’t complicate it even more. Use heat and stretch it. Plain and simple.

Besides igigi and I discussed this at MoS forum as I showed him that specific study, we looked at it and came into the conclusion that the mechanism of action is literally making the walls of your arteries, veins thinner to the point the collagen bonds grow weaker and become very brittle*.

(*Imaging one day you decide to lift something, your blood pressure raises, your arteries will literally explode, due to not been able to withstand the sudden elevation of pressure)

Similar to what stanozolol/Winstrol/Winny does to the tendons, downregulating synovial fibroblasts expression + inhibiting fibroblast growth factor, thus weakning them + growing weaker bondings + shorter + thinner == more prone to injury or even worse tendon rupture**. As it happens with bodybuilders using it pre-contest.

**EG: Ripping apart your penis while you are stretching your penis under load.

But as always someone out there would like to try it. IMHO I highly advise anyone to lean towards other methods. Such as using an infrared pad, ultrasound unit or radio frequency.

Not at all.
What I said was that I hadnt seen any papers that showed anything was achieved below 65 deg C, but trust me when I say I am ecstatic to be wrong.
And for what its worth, Ive always used heat because it simply made anything I did more comfortable. To know that it can also lead to increased gains is even better

I am getting lazy in my “old age” so hanging with heat will suit me perfectly. Thanks for referencing that paper
