First let me say that I have done PE off and on for a few years at lengths of a few weeks at most. However now I’m nearing the 1 month mark this time and I’ve seen some real flaccid gains. Had always been “a grower, not a shower”, but now it’s showing :P

Additionally, this year, I’ve finally taken college seriously (about time x.x; ), shaved my beard off and now with regular shaving, starting to eat better (diet), exercise in the mornings, and doing “The Style-life Challenge” by Niel Strauss (pick up artist book/author). The reasons for really trying to change are mostly linked directly to my job last year when I goofed around instead of improving myself or going to college, by working for a liquor store. There I started to smoke quite a bit of weed (still do occasionally), made friends with my coworkers, and above all.. Saw where people end up when they don’t have real direction in their lives. Alcoholics. I sold booze to people on a monthly, weekly, and for some a daily basis. Knew some by name, and I could see that they had potential to learn or improve and lead good lives, yet they didn’t, and ended up as recovering addicts of meth, alcoholics, and many just working whatever job they can get to pay the bills to keep on living.

Now, something a little more recent, on my 23rd birthday, the 24th of September, I mass text-ed some friends announcing my impromptu celebration of it. Many were positive, a few friends joined me, but about 30 minutes afterwords, after sending another text as an update of how many and what all beers I’d had, I got a text back from a friend I hadn’t talked to in 3 or 4 weeks. It was his mother, and she informed me that he had passed away earlier that week, in the custody of the sheriff’s department up in Waco, TX (Now live in College Station, TX ~90 miles south). He was a coworker and the second assistant manager I had known at the liquor job. He was a pothead through and through, until he had been put on probation for minor possession, and then moved to pills and coke, something I disapproved of. The investigation is sealed and still in progress, but it looks like he ended up overdosing on something and slow action on the sheriff’s department may have contributed to his passing. This really shocked me. He was my age, we were very similar, but he is now gone, at the age of 23.

I know I do not want to continue stupid partying that can lead to a life of unfulfilled potential. I’ve been fortunate to have never even been arrested and have very supportive parents. I’ve been through my own hell of depression and anxiety for four years prior, and during those years, I wasted quite a bit of fiscal investment, ranking up some awful grades. It’s time to move on, past those problems I’ve had and onto the life I want, and will achieve.

Well! Now that that’s out of the way, how about we move on to what I’m using in the world of PE!

I bought a Jes Extender (picture attached) long ago, but as the Size Genetics brand. I’ve been wearing it since the middle of September, but not very effectively till a couple weeks ago. I followed the homemade Power Jelq device instructions and read a number of threads covering it, and it’s built, quite nicely too! Works wonderfully, but not quite used to jelqing as of yet. Purchased 3 golf weights and wear them during the day while back and forth between classes and when out, though not so good at wrapping yet. Got the ace self adhesive bandage, some comfort self adhesive bandages, and various gauze sizes and types. As for lube for the wet jelq, I really love using just mineral oil, the kind you find in the laxatives aisle, it’s really cheap (~2$ at HEB here for a pint), very effective, no odor, color, or smell, and washes off with soap. It’s the same thing as baby oil, without the fragrance, and of quality for medical uses. Also good for rubbing into wooden chopping boards to prevent bacteria from growing in the cuts, and on old knives and other metal surfaces to prevent rusting.

My routine is averaging 100-200 wet jelqs every other day, and stretching with the extender or via weights almost every day. When I’ve the time and enough privacy, I’ll use the power jelq device. As for the hot wrap, it’s either hot water in the shower, or a hot pad that I wrap around my meat tube on the high setting for 10-15 minutes, stretched out wrapped in the hot pad. Twice now, I’ve needed no hot wrap as I have an old kitty that is a lap cat if there ever was. She’ll make you sweat if you’re not careful.

I’m wondering if anyone has any thoughts on combing all this equipment, the general routine, and any tips on wrapping a unit that’s starting with small flaccid size. (Often 1.5” flaccid long and between a US quarter and nickle in girth, but I’m kinda fat at 6’1” 325lbs)

Arg! I knew I forgot something. I also bought some cable clamps, and plan start very light clamping after the second or third month.

I’ll also be stepping up my number of jelqing sessions to 5 days a week after next week, and reps to 200-300 a session.
Yes there are hazards of over training, but I did that long ago in the past and I’m darn sure I’ll know when I’m pushing it too far.

I haven’t measured yet since restarting these exercises, but the changes look very promising.

Also reading up on tantric love making, other sex topic books, Kama sutra, seduction techniques, and even some hypnosis (to be used consensually after informing the partner of such).

I’ve got lost time to make up for I guess :P In all honesty, I haven’t had a date in 4 years. It’s time to loose weight, get hung, semi-buff, and very flirtatious.

All sounds good brother, I have some idea of what you’re going through in terms of this self-improvement phase. I’m at the precipice of beginning several new facets of existence that should also allow me to achieve a greater potential.

Sorry about your friend. It sounds like you’re trying to use it as a positive experience in your own life, which is the right thing to do.

I have some before pictures, one is of me ‘very excited’, and others of my flaccid appearance. However they’re from last year when I signed up on the board originally. As for the weight issue, thus the diet and morning exercise; Got quite a beer gut to get rid of. (Haha) Gave up cigarette smoking long ago as a regular thing, and only do it when there’s a few drinks in me. Though cigars are very delicious and I cannot see myself giving them up any time in the near future as I age mine; At least it’s less than one a week with those and the smoke only goes into the mouth.

As for your reduction of drinking, I drank -quite- a bit in the past, and have maybe 40-50 bottles of liquor in my booze cabinet. Now however, I hardly drink as I used to, since working in that liquor store and seeing what I could end up looking like if I kept drinking so much. So maybe you should just spend some time at a liquor store and watch people come an go for an hour or so, you can see just how it effects some over time.

Yep. As a wake up call of sorts. He had no real long term direction in his life, and no plans for education. Just wanted to earn money for rent, bills, and lots of weed, and to try to sleep around.

Hot Pad ADS

Little bit of an update here.

With the ADS I wear at times, particularly on non-jelqing days, I’ve started to wrap my unit and the ADS up in a heating pad kept near my recliner chair. Always keep it there when the weather starts to change towards the cold, as my right knee will act up and at times, become very painful. Probably due to an injury I suffered during football, or could easily be directly related to the time I fell off a ladder while scraping old paint off a house, falling two stories onto a short chain link fence; knee taking quite a bit of the impact, and piercing my hand below the inner knuckle of the thumb (right hand) on a metal spike twist off point.

Er, yes. Well anyways, wrapping the whole package in the heating pad seems to be having a positive influence so far. Used in the past to just warm up, but after reading this thread in particular, and later one on cool downs. Felt like trying hot pad wrapping of my traction ADS while in use! So far, feels like it’s having an impact :flame: :hanger:

Arg! Another thread I was reading when I came to this idea of wrapping a hot pad around my ADS the whole time.

Think I’ll chalk my forgetfulness up to :lep:
