minor dilemma
You’ve had 3 great, intense workout days in a row.
The 4th day you wake up, and can tell immediately that it’s time for a day off… but you also know that after today you’ll have no choice but to take 2 more days off (holiday stuff, no privacy). You really feel like you need to take today off, but you don’t want to take 3 days off in a row.
