Hey there fellas, it’s been a really long time since my last post.
I’ve been busy with real life, I graduated and got myself a job I’m afraid \=

Just received my BibStarter a week ago or so, but have been away from PE:ing - again.
I’m now back though - again (; More dedicated, more motivated.

I’m pulling every day now. Manual stretching still (no hanging yet),
and every time I masturbate I always do some cheat-PE, while I’m down there I might
as well do something *useful* too. (:

Anyway, I’ve come up with this little theory or whatever you wanna call it;
To make a modest gain such as 1 mm BPEL each week seems very possible tbh.
It’s so modest it’s not noticeable though, so modest its nothing, yet if one could
make such gains for an entire year that’d be a quite impressive 2 extra inches!

To gain two inches BPEL feels like something impossible.
To gain one millimeter BPEL each week somehow does not.

That’s why I’m from now on aiming for that extra millimeter every week!
Stretching, jelqing, hanging and pulling or whatever doesn’t matter
- I will do what it takes to make that puny gain each week!


Current: (14.5 cm) 5.7" BPEL and (11.0 cm) 4.3" EG

I don’t mean to splash cold water on you but a millimeter a month or two millimeters a month would be 0.5” to 1.0” each year. Expecting a millimeter a week would be setting yourself up for a disappointment.

Actually, one millimeter is 0.039370079 of an inch and if you divide 2 inches by 0.039370079 you get 50.8 (weeks). I think this might be a good way to gear myself to look at the steady growth through PE, kind of like the proverbial tortoise versus the hare philosophy. The question that remains is can one expect one millimeter each week, or should we realistically expect plateaus?

I think that this was Luvdadus’ point.

1 mm per week will be almost 2 inches per year and very few people gain at that rate for extended periods of time.

Think about it, imagine starting with a 5 incher and finishing up with 9 only two years later.

Very , very few guys would see those kind of gains.

I started a thread like this quite awhile ago - the 1mm/week:2” per year thing. It is a good way of putting it into perspective, but I agree that it is rather ambitious to expect such sustained progress.

Like luv said, 1mm every other week might be a more sustainable goal (after your initial newbie growth spurt) - which is still an inch per year. And, the human body is not a machine. You might get a mm/week for awhile, then go 2-3 weeks with absolutely no gain at all.

You come a long way with positive thinking guys - the difference between getting results or not may all be in your head. I rather believe that 1 mm per week is possible, and have that as my goal.
The problem with most people that do set goals is that they achieve them… and then what… it wasn’t enough. Better to aim too high, than too low.

Someone once mentioned that really short people had doctors put screws into their bones, that they then adjusted to lengthen the bone (and all the other surrounding tissue of course). Their gains are far more than just 1 mm per week though, I think they “stretch” an extra 1/4th of a mm each day.

Of course such a device would be painful and very impractical for PE-use. But it proves my point that the gains are possible.
I’m pretty confident you can shrink your dick 1 mm per day too, if you focus your thoughts enough on it. So don’t! (;

However, time will tell. Ive been here a long time, though way too passive. That has now changed. We’ll see how big I am in 50 weeks.

Well Andre, according to your stats, you’ve gained approximately 1.75 inches in less than six months. So, why not two inches in a year? What’s your routine?

True Beowulf, true.

But if you look at my recent stats, you will see I have slowed right down (damn,damn,damn!!!)

I didn’t say it wasn’t possible, just very, very fews guys would see gains like that (I just happen to be one of them!!)

I want all my brothers here to reach they’re goals and would hate to see blup fail because he set himself too hard a goal.

Normally, goals without time frames are useless. PE may be an exception.

That problem is because everyone is different, what I do may or may not work for someone else.

My routine, in a nutshell was;

2 min warm-up

2 min stretching

300-400 wet jelqs at 40-50% less than 1 sec per rep

Maybe a few squeezes

Total time taken : less than 10 minutes!

Like I said, I doubt anyone else could gain on that routine, especially as much as me.

I guess I’m just a freak of nature (Yippee!!!)

Yeah, Andrew, you’ve definitely made some mean length gains on relatively little work - great for you! Our bodies are all different. I gained 1/2” erect girth my first month doing generic jelqs, nothing else. Within 4 months, my EG went from 5.2 to just over 6” midshaft; again, nothing but jelqs. In all, I’ve add about 1” of erect girth without doing any “extreme” girth moves, just jelqs and an occasional squeeze or two.

Our bodies are different (I sure envy your length gains - which has always been my main goal; even at 5.2” girth I wasn’t self-conscious about my thickness, just my length). Go figure.

I think goals are very important. And I agree that goals help motivate us. I believe that I need to set my goals a little higher, in fact. I believe that I self-consciously took it too easy on myself - even missed a lot workouts - because I’d think, in the back of my mind, “Ah, no big deal, you’re only looking for about another inch (and would even be content with another half inch).”

WRONG MOVE.

I’ve now set my goal for 9 BPEL. I’ve got to convince myself that I really want 9, or I’m just tugging on my chain. But the flip side is that if goals are set way too high, disappointment is the inevitable result. Obviously, Andrew, you could not possibly sustain your newbie rate of progress - you’d be gaining 3.5” per year, LOL. In only 2-3 years you’d have the longest dick ever scientifically measured. The same with my 1/2” erect girth per month. At that pace, in less than 3/4 of a year I’d have an unusable dick (9.7” erect girth! - and over 10.2” base, given my current midshaft:base girth difference).

I believe that in almost everything one does, its mind over matter. By NOT setting goals, you deprive yourself of the use of a very powerful tool - Your Mind.

The more complaisant one becomes, the harder any goal becomes, regardless of how close you are to reaching it.

As far as I’m concerned, I’m the luckiest guy alive to be able to gain so much so quickly. The length had simply stopped coming for a while, but I think I got it going again, but at a rate that most people see maybe, 1/2 to 3/4 inch per year.
I’m fine with that because as long as I see a gain, no matter how painfully slow, I will stay motivated!
I would love to be able to swap some of my early length gaining ability with some of your early girth gaining ability.
Anyone here know how to do Gene therapy?!?!?
