Can you wear them all day.

I’ve read some threads where they said a few hours was good enough.

But I’m not really wanting to hang as my routine has me doing.

(7.5# everyday at 20 min. Sessions)

Can I do just as good wearing these little weights all day.

Plus add my routine in the evening (minus the hanging)(except maybe a couple times a week)

I just got mine, and I feel like I could wear these all day/night with no trouble at all.

But I don’t want to be too excited and end up hurting myself.

Any input on this.

Oh and Montey, these things are great!

My opinion, and I think most opinions around here, is that the PE weights are a good supplement to other PE to keep the dick extended while it heals, but they probably don’t provide enough stress on the tissue to cause much growth all by themselves. Or perhaps they can stimulate growth, but it would probably be very slow.

As for wearing them all day, it just depends on if you can find a way to secure them that doesn’t cut off circulation and make your dick head go cold. I have to take a break every hour or two, but I think with short breaks, you can keep wearing them all day. Without breaks, it is probably not a good idea.

Manual stretches are an alternative to hanging, and some guys claim pretty good gains from manual stretching. I think PE weights are a good addition to a manual stretching or hanging routine.

All you guys are correct. The weights are an augmentation to your normal work. They won’t give you any significant growth by themselves but they will make sure you get good growth from heaving hanging or whatever your doing. Don’t think they don’t matter. They make the difference between just getting some gains and making good gains out of your other work.

Here’s the thing if you use them all day it may not be necessary. I take one or two hour breaks just to let the skin get back to normal if I stop from skin irritation. If your getting strangulation your wrapping slightly on the tight side. I normally will wear mine for 5 or six hours but I usually will need to piss before that and I unwrap for that, so I get a kind of a break. I used to wear them 15 hours a day but I’ve cut back just because I’ve gotten busier. I think the principle is wear them as much as you can and keep up your heavy hanging or stretches or whatever as consistently as possible. One of the advantages of the Rings is if you have breaks in your routine where you cant do it but every few days, let me reassure you that you will not plateau or get tougher. These things keep you from digressing. I used to have a horrible schedule due to privacy issues but when I look back on my statistics I had steady gains per session. Not per week or month but per session which means that each time I did a heavy hanging session I got gains. Not noticeable on a day to day basis but over a long period of time. Some weeks I could only hang two days.

BTW: There’s good pictures of a guy wearing 7 rings at one time. see below He’s got 3 of my Enlarged Rings and 4 of my Regular Wedge Rings. I don’t see a significant wrap per sa so I don’t know how he keeps them all on. I know I couldn’t do anything like that myself. 5 is my max and that is very uncomfortable for me. I like 4 for daily wear and if I need to go all day I’ll drop down to 3 and forget I’ve got them on.

I love my Monty’s PE weights . I wear three of them at work , five days a week , for about seven hours .

I do not have to wrap , my flaccid is plenty to keep them snug , and I have no loss of blood flow .

When I go to the restroom , every few hours , I stretch out my penis , massage it some , and then head back to the grindstone .

If I have been pumping , I cannot wear them , so I try and time that so it is not a problem .

I would say that you are safe wearing them as long as they are comfortable , and as long as you have good blood flow .
