These exercises were described by a guy some time before, bird or bird2 I think.

He indicated to press down to horizontal ones fully erected dick and hold it there for a while.

I didn’t understand the sense of the exercise at first (I am 51 and my dick - if fully erected - is just slightly above horizontal.

Some days ago, almost during sleep, I found the corresponding exercise for guys my age:

Pressing the fully erected dick completely downwards and holding it there for a minute or so.

never liked this Bird2 exercise. I am your age and maybe a younger guy can do it. However I consider it useless and dangerous.

By the way, may I ask you how your girth exercises are going on?

First of all, you did not describe the exercise the right way.

The point is to push your fully erect penis towards the floor, but not more than horizontally with it. And then you flex your PC muscle for a count of 20. That way the tissues expand isometrically.

You are right,

Presently I think that the idea behind clamping ( manual or with devices) is the best for increasing girth.

But sincerely I cannot realize how some guys like Big Girtha claim gains around 2”.

You don’t need to believe all the guys posting in here. I am particularly suspicious if guys are making a buck with pe stuff and claim big gains.

One man had an idea of another exercise:
Get erect. Place a bottle or other cylinder between penis and pube. Then bend penis to your belly, over the bottle, and kegel. He said that ‘bottom’ side of his dick felt great expansion from that.
His EQ increased, and erection angle got higher. Though I suspect that is due to uneven stress on bottom and top sides, which create an upward curve straight from base.

I have tried this, and even 30 minutes after, there is still some sensation of stretch in the lower part of dick. Not usual for me.

Though it seems to be similar to o-bend.. And my goal is to do loaded Kegel.

I don’t want this because IMO my upwards curve is too bad. Am I missing out? Who has gained from this?

He’s just been doing Kegels that way. And he wanted higher erection angle. The curve is below the visible part of shaft. As for gains, I don’t know.

I have a couple of questions about the bottle stretch. This is a stretch done while flacid right? And how long do you hold the kegel for? And last, are you supposed to to reps like hold the kegel for five seconds and let go or just kegel on and off while holding the stretch?

No, it’s done erect. I, particularly, hold kegels for 10 seconds. 5 sets of 3. I’d do more, but I lose erection after hard kegeling.
