More PE vs. More rest

I’ve been PEing in the morning for about 20 minutes and and night before bed for about 30 minutes. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience or knowledge that might let me know if it’s better to do more PEing in a day or have more rest after PEing and only PE once a day?

If you take a rest day between night and day session I don’t see how a split routine could hurt. Say a 1 day on 1 day off shedule.

IMO, if you work your dick more than once a day (split routine) then because of the constant stressing I would think you would need more rest than if the same routine was complied into one session. For more rest time, the PE session/s shold be done about the same times every day.

I notice that I can only do that routine for about 3 days or so before my dick becomes weak. Then i need to take 2 days off to recuperate. Maybe it would be better to only do it once a day and be more consistent.

Otis what you describd is how I know my routine is working. If I feel my dick goes weak on the 3rd day, I PE for another 2 days, total 5 days, then take a 3-4 days rest and usually I see some gains. Do whatever your dick tells you.
