Hello friends , something is driving me crazy.

I’ve been training five months with Linear newbie routine and I have not grown, but my erections have improved and my penis conditioning is, up there all right.

The problem is that my morning Woods are very sporadic were. I think the break ,sleep will affect much.

I decided to take a week off, yesterday das my 4th day resting and i had good sleep and I woke up with steel morning wood . But today no perhaps because yesterday I had a lot of sex during the day? can be?

At sexy time in my EQ is very good but the glans isnt hard rock.

Please help me with your personal history and tips.

Morning wood every day is great, sounds like you are ready to advance your routing. Your glans will never be hard as a rock though, unlike the shaft, because it is made from a different set of tissues. Which means you are completely normal.


Problem solving with fire.

You overdid it.

Take the week off, maybe 2 weeks off.

Do not expect having morning wood if you had a lot of sex the day before. Penis is exhausted.

So how do you know when do start again?

Let morning woods happen. When they start to become softer then you can start again. Do not take into consideration days with no morning wood if the previous day had a lot of sex.

Take into cosideration all the rest.

So… When your morning wood starts to get softer day by day then it is time to start again.

If you are on a routine and you are having absolutely no morning wood, then you are doing too much. Lower the volume.

^I second what he said. As proof, the past few days I haven’t had morning wood, and I knew it was due to overtraining because I knowingly went hard with the jelqs. Rest works wonders.

Bad News

I have bad news:

20 minutes ago having sex my erection was less than 80% WTF. as I was concerned in the squirt and it was not very hard, ejaculates soon …. holy shit. What does this mean?

When they(mw)are harder retrains? or when they reach the maximum of morning wood and begin to be soft(mw), start again?

I think what bill10 meant was, once you start to get morning wood, regardless whether its fully erect or half erect, you can start again.

I’ve only recently started PE but I had similar experiences during sex when I couldn’t have a full-on erection, mainly due to overtraining. Sometimes, even when you take a few days off, you start to get morning wood but the penis may still fluctuate a bit during sex. Since I’m still new to PE, I take it that my penis is still adjusting to the exercises. Maybe the more experienced members can chime in on this.

Erections aren’t just in the penis, they are to a large extent in the head. If you’re worried about overtraining, pleasing your girl (for example, exciting first time sex with someone), or the economy, your erection during sex will suffer. The same goes for both anxiety and excitement. Even physical strain can reduce EQ. The worst thing you can do is worry about not getting hard; the worry will soften you up for sure. The effect of thought is so much stronger than the effect of the health of your penis. Unless you’re actually injured, but then you’d know.
Oh if you don’t get fully hard and you ejaculate early; you’re stressed. They both have the same source, being overstimulation of the ‘active’ nervous system. Cutting on caffeine may help in addition to sleeping well and worrying less.

Also, kegelling helps a lot in delaying ejaculation. Just don’t overdo it. Too much kegelling causes the muscle to fatigue and it will be harder to hold off the ejaculate.

About the other problem, you got stressed cause you had all your attention to your girl.

Yesterday I went to bed with her and my EQ was fine. My morning woods better every day. I will wait a few days and retake training.
