I started actual PE in the middle of August with the newbie routine and only a couple of times did I get some light red spots. Then after a month and a half of no gains I switched to just dry jelqing at various times throughout the day. This turned out to be about twenty or so minutes of pretty hard (in hand force and erection level) jelqing with the force applied mainly on the sides (the CCs) per day, broken up into about three sessions. I’ve been doing this for three weeks every day except one day, and I’ve only gotten very light red spotting the first time I did it and similar spotting after the day off; other than that I’ve had no discoloration.

The problem is that I just turned 20 years old and I never have morning erections—half the time its kind of plumped and the other half its completely flaccid—and with my girlfriend I’m only semi-hard when we’re having sex, and as soon as I come the “erection” promptly fades. I was taking about 12 grams of NOX2 for a while and that seemed to help a tiny bit. I’ve just started taking 20 grams of L-arginine before bed which hasn’t had any effect yet. Before PE I at least sometimes got morning erections and nuzzling with my girlfriend would get me hard, but it seems like PE has deteriorated my erection quality to this 60 year-old status I’m at now.

It doesn’t seem like I’m overtraining (I haven’t had any major gains either—maybe an 1/8 inch at best), and I’m eating better than ever and excersizing a lot. I also did my kegels in the beginning and they couldn’t prevent this downslide, but I’ll start doing more of those. I always read people stating how PE cured their ED or how their erections are rock hard now, and I want in. So if anyone has any ideas on what I could be doing wrong or what I could do to improve erection quality, I would much appreciate it, because this really blows.

Forget the PE for a while (and the Arginine too) and give your unit a break.

If I am reading your post correctly, you started having ED problems when you started PE? If yes, stop! Something is not right. Everything will in all likelihood return to normal so don’t worry about it.

If no, meaning you had ED problems at 20 years old before trying PE, you need to see your doctor. Again, something is not right.

Do you:

(1) Watch a lot of porn? If so, you may want to cut it down to a minimum. Porn can easily cause people to develop fetishes as their sexual mind is reprogrammed to desire abnormal forms of sexuality. If I watch too much porn over a given time frame, I find that it is often difficult to stay “in the mood” when you are actually having sex. Your gal could be a 10 and for whatever reason your mind may be telling you “yah but hey you need two women at once to turn you on”.

(2) Do you masturbate a lot? Yah I know it is hard to stop choking the chicken but if you are in a relationship and you jerk it too often, well the quality of your erections and your staying power will wane. Of course if you do PE you will be doing a lot of masturbatory activity (one of the consequences of getting a bigger dick), so just don’t overdo it.

(3) Your routine looks like a great girth routine, but it will cause tissue fatigue and that means your dick just won’t be as good for the real thing. PE damages your penis (temporarily) which includes the nerves, though they should grow back with enough rest. Stretching and inflating your penis beyond its normal abilities is just not something the penis was made for, so you just have to pay attention to this fact.

(4) Are you doing girth and length at the same time? I have done this in the past when I started with PE and found it caused too much tissue fatigue and hindered my gains. I find it better to cycle length and girth nowadays on two month periods than to do both at the same time or every other day.

(5) Don’t neglect the kegels. If you get your penis longer or wider but you don’t build up the vascular system to support your new size, your erection just won’t be as strong. Just doing some moderate jelqing throughout the day has helped me in the past when I have just gotten off a length cycle. The keyword here is moderate.

I think you are over training, over dosing and over thinking.

You over train by working very hard for only a few minutes of time, but spread throughout the day for a total of 20 minutes and what I think this amounts to is you are hurting yourself throughout the day, especially with your erect jelqing.

You are over dosing by taking way too much NOX or L-arginine on the order of 4 to 5 times to much.

You are over thinking by worrying about your erection too much when having sex.

Take a break for awhile and stop everything. While on your break, read about the correct way to do PE in the Newbie forum. One big change you have to make, is when you jelq, do it a moderate levels, and for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, not spread throughout the day. Don’t try to hurt yourself, this is exercise, not torture.

MCTfb: I think perhaps I have been watching too much porn, so I’m getting off the horse for a while. I definitely don’t masturbate too much—I usually only come with my girlfriend every two or three days. As for now I’m just working girth, and I think I’m gonna keep it that way.

gprent: I guess you’re right about overtraining, it just seemed like 20 minutes broken up couldn’t do much harm and the no discoloration through me off. So when I resume I wont squeeze so hard.

You can easily over train, I was doing the AM PM jelqing routine. And I noticed my erections were a little weak when having sex with the wife. I tend to jelq and jelq until before I know it 45 mins to an hour has passed. So I have cut back to once every other day until my erections get back to normal. Then I think I’ll do one hard routine at night and rest 24 hours. That way if I have sex the next day or night I’ll have a restored and rested penis. I mean It’s all about having a better dick isn’t it?

You’re overdoing it. You cannot ‘beat the hell out of your dick’ and expect it to work between beatings. Just a humerous analogy there, but it makes the point. Too much! :)

Chop the NOX/arginine down to 5 to 8 grams per day, most people just don’t need or benefit from any more than that. It will only do ‘so much’ and the rest is a waste. :)

Do only one session a day. I was tempted to do this too, but was told not to by an experienced member, the rest periods are JUST as important.

I’ve been doing a one day on, one day off routine. My sessions rarely last more than 40 minutes. I went from 6.0x4.75 to 6.375x5.0 in just 3 months. I think you are probably overtraining. Try the less is more approach.
