I started actual PE in the middle of August with the newbie routine and only a couple of times did I get some light red spots. Then after a month and a half of no gains I switched to just dry jelqing at various times throughout the day. This turned out to be about twenty or so minutes of pretty hard (in hand force and erection level) jelqing with the force applied mainly on the sides (the CCs) per day, broken up into about three sessions. I’ve been doing this for three weeks every day except one day, and I’ve only gotten very light red spotting the first time I did it and similar spotting after the day off; other than that I’ve had no discoloration.
The problem is that I just turned 20 years old and I never have morning erections—half the time its kind of plumped and the other half its completely flaccid—and with my girlfriend I’m only semi-hard when we’re having sex, and as soon as I come the “erection” promptly fades. I was taking about 12 grams of NOX2 for a while and that seemed to help a tiny bit. I’ve just started taking 20 grams of L-arginine before bed which hasn’t had any effect yet. Before PE I at least sometimes got morning erections and nuzzling with my girlfriend would get me hard, but it seems like PE has deteriorated my erection quality to this 60 year-old status I’m at now.
It doesn’t seem like I’m overtraining (I haven’t had any major gains either—maybe an 1/8 inch at best), and I’m eating better than ever and excersizing a lot. I also did my kegels in the beginning and they couldn’t prevent this downslide, but I’ll start doing more of those. I always read people stating how PE cured their ED or how their erections are rock hard now, and I want in. So if anyone has any ideas on what I could be doing wrong or what I could do to improve erection quality, I would much appreciate it, because this really blows.
