My dick hurts!!!
I have done the newbie routine 4 times so far (2 days on and one day off)
5 min warm wrap
10 (30) manual stretches
200 jelqs
5 min warm wrap
50 (5 sec kegels)
I guess I’m being overly cautious, but it is better than an injury. Actually, it isn’t my dick that hurts, but down near the base of the shaft. It feels like when you pull your groin, but it is my balls and dick that are sore! If I get up from sitting down it feels like my balls and dick want to hit the floor. It feels like someone is pinching and pulling my shaft. It also hurts up near the fat pad.
My two questions:
Is this the soreness that everyone gets?
Are these just the ligaments pulling?
