My flacid stretch has gained, but my erect has not.

I recently started using an ADS using monkey bars stuff. In two weeks I have gained .25 of an inch in my flacid stretched measurement, but have made no gains yet in the erect department. Does that usually mean gains are coming? Has anyone else had this happen? Im not worried and I do try to be patient, Im just curious. Thanks for your help!

You must remember that your flaccid’s “only purpose in life” is to lengthen. So it is natural that gains will come there first, and more easily.

It wil take rather longer for erect gains to come. Although you don’t say what you have been doing before you used the ADS. Or whether you have made any gains at all.

So you will have to consider the overall picture. If you have made gains previously then future gains will come more slowly.

I was pretty much doing the newbie routine. Gained a .25 of an inch the first month, just a little more the second month, and none the third month. So I thought that I would take a break from the jelqing part for about a month to recondition, and change it up a bit buy using an ADS. I will start jelqing again in about two weeks, using the ADS/hanger at the same time. I am wondering though, can the ADS take the place of stretching, or should I continue stretching too? Thanks again for the help!

I am sure everyone is different, but I usually get 60-70% of flaccid gains to convert to erect gains. Sometimes the BPEL increase is delayed.
So there may be an erect gain, but it can be difficult to measure. That’s why I like stretched flaccid measuring, it tells me I’m doing something right long before BPEL does.

Me too.

I know you are 9+” BPFSL as I am. But I have taken two years to do so.

May I ask you which is your normal FL taken in standing position and in NBP fashion from the top?

My flaccid stretch has gained quite a bit; as for my erect gains, they are there but not as much.

Another supporter for BPFSL- good.

BPEL is more complex than simply ‘is it bigger’- your hydraulics may not quite have caught up, you may have had a cold on measuring day, you may have ejaculated too recently.

Just keep that BPFSL rocking and the the BPEL should eventually catch up.

My BPFSL gains came before erect gains always. In fact, that became my entire PE focus. Try and stretch to increase the BPFSL, then jelq or use some other type of pressure exercise to fill up the newly expanded penis, like a balloon. Plus your flaccid hang should go up too!

You should be happy. Flaccid length is the first thing a girl.or guy, sees. Just hold on and keep working for it. Nothing feels better then getting something you worked hard for. Rather, then something coming easily.

Perhaps it is because with increased ‘size’ you have also increased the girth aswell as the length. Now when you stretched it out and measured the length, the increase in girth would not detract from it. However when erect the blood pressure causes the girth to reach it’s limit and this would cause the length to not extend as much.

You can probably stretch one of those sausage balloons further than if you blew it up (I.e. Also increased girth of it), if of course you were strong enough to stretch it to it’s full extent.

WT282 I was kind of thinking that as well. I am going to start jelqing again here in about two weeks. I am currently taking a deconditioning break. All this sounds like good news to me! I cant wait to see some gains on the ruler! Thanks everyone for your input!

Also, I noticed that the second part of my first question never got addressed. If using an ADS, can that take the place of stretching? Or, should I keep stretching as well? Thanks Again!

Think of the stretching as the work and the ADS as the recovery.

And between ADS periods you’ll need to get some fresh blood flow- stretching and jelqing fits that bill nicely.
