So I tried a slight variation of the o bend today. I seem to get a lot more expansion this way. Basically all I did was my clamping routine like normal for about 10 minutes. After my time was up I let the clamp go 2 clicks I think. I then kegel some new blood in and started the bends with the clamp in place. I was maybe 15-20% erect. The clamp was only tight enough to slow down the blood flowing out so I had to kegel after each bend, but this allowed me to do an entire set without losing my erection level and gave me a semi free hand. It also makes it much easier to do them since you don’t have to switch hands(completely losing your erection in the process) bending in different directions.

This is definitely going in my routine on my clamping days (2 days a week)

Sorry I don’t have any fun stories. It’s been almost 2 years since the last time I had sex or any physical relationship for that matter.

I have read a number of the 36 pages but not all of them.
Has it come up about using a cock ring to give yourself more room to bend the shaft?
Just curious because trying this for the first time it got a bit cramped with both hands and bending and all, lol.

Just be careful with the clamp you do not want to be more than 20% erect. If you can’t bend it at 90 degrees comfortably it’s too much.

The following day we went for coffee and she asked me what it felt like to be ‘blessed with larger than average size.’ I answered honestly by saying that I never considered myself ‘large’ and, in fact, most of my life I’ve thought of myself as slightly below average in that department. So, I read almost all of this thread last night.

I gave the technique a try this morning. By pushing the hands together, I could see the expansion. I concentrated a lot on my left side, which is my tough side (i have a bend). The right side was easier to manipulate. I’m focusing on the left but still hitting all directions. When you’re more flaccid, you can definitely feel the stretch on the tunica. The harder you get, the tougher the tunica becomes, so I would agree that it’s best to do it under 40%.

I will try this for a month and see what it does. By the way, I will still start with bundled stretches and pumping, and will add this technique to see if it kickstart some increase in girth…

It happened to me this week.

Early in the morning my wife grabbed my penis. She use to do that, but she hadn’t done in the last few weeks. I was having a nice morning wood. She said:

Yep, I realize that. Surprised he didn’t get called out on that more early on.

I tried them last night and this morning. I found them okay but a little “meh.” I like fulcrum stretches and bends more. But I’ll try the Orange bends again to see if I’m missing the big deal.
