Yes, that would be the same as hand bends/O bends. I got my injuries from experimenting with fully clamped 100% erect bends. It’s my duty here to try everything so I can advise people what works and what doesn’t. For the record, fully clamped bends don’t work as well as semi-erect bends; I actually got a lot more expansion when the tunica wasn’t ‘locked out’ by a full erection. I tried them to see if they would help overcome a plateau, but being out of action for 2-3 months each time with injury probably did more to overcome the plateau than trying the erect bends. :eek:

Whoa, looks like I’ll pass on the O-Bends and stick to squeezing. That’s a little extreme even for me. Actually considering discontinuing clamping altogether soon since its going to be hard to keep the head from gaining any more size, squeezing or not. I’m at the teeth scraping stage at the the head with my wife and she would rather have more length and mid-base shaft girth. Your observations are correct on overcoming a plateau. The best results appear to come after an extended healing period, at least that’s what my research seems to point to. It was eye opening the first time it happened to me after I had my injury. Healed larger than it had been before and I was impressed.

I keep my O bends and clamping separate. There is no way I wan to bend that thing after a 100% clamp! I was stirring with my comment before. ;-)

I just got some clamps after the 5th shop. Just did the first session. I found it a little difficult until I moved the smallest part of the ellipse of the clamp to the top and bottom of the penis. Then!….

OMG! My head has never been so tight. And I got my shaft to 5.5 inches girth, so I now know what that looks like. I take on Bill’s comments of being careful of building too much dick. It looks like a monster at 5.5 (14cm) girth. I can understand why some girls would run at a 6 inch girth!

OK.. You were scaring me.. LOL Now you’re really on your way to girth gains.! Keep it as far down on the base as possible. I usually have the clamp oriented with the clasp mechanism to the top and facing the dominant hand, so I can use my thumb and index finger to release or tighten as needed. Puts all the force on the sides of the shaft and I’ve experienced huge gains just from this technique alone. I regularly reach 7” around after 3-5 sessions these days and when it comes out it looks like a monster. If the head is tight/shiny and feeling pressure, its being stressed enough. Careful, as too much pressure can do damage. You have to find the line and not cross it, which takes time. Pin prick marks will appear but go away in a few days after you stop. Now, just get used to the technique, take rest days, and watch as it gets thicker over time. Awesome, man.

Thanks. It is most definitely awesome. From a 5 inch erect girth I got you 5.75 after the 4th clamp! No pin pricks or any damage apart from fluid below the head. I’m not sure if that is from clamping or the pump session prior.

Asked the wife if she wanted to look at the clamped girth, or try it, as the pumped size is what I am aiming for. I got told I’m obsessed. Oh well, lucky I’m building it for me!

Looks and feels huge, right? I’m really glad that’s working so well for you. The whole setup is cheap, efficient, and seems to deliver excellent gains. Just be consistent with rest days/protein for repair and you are on your way to a big slab of meat.. LOL. If you are feeling tight pressure and the head is shiny/maxed out.that’s a good sign. Oh, fluid buildup after a few sessions is completely normal and usually goes away within 12-24 hours. You may experience discoloration, but, it also will go away over time. Most women don’t understand our obsession with our genitals, so that’s a pretty standard reaction. If you do have some sessions before you try to have sex, you may experience some mild ED due to the strain. After awhile of doing the routine, I usually am harder after the session than before.. I just watch my cock carefully to ensure the head doesn’t blow up like a jelly fish!

I measure the girth and play with it to achieve the maximum stretch, although today it felt too intense so I backed it off a notch. I would rather be smart than deal with an exploding jelly fish!

It’s hard sometimes to ride the edge with those clamps, since the detents are spaced fairly far apart. Almost hurt myself a few times by going one click too much.lol. Exploding head equals bad.haha

Like I mentioned in a previous thread I found that if I drag some ball sack through the foam I can clamp much lower down. You have to start the clamp at the back of the foam in a kind of pre loading as the clamp will want to slip forward with the extra skin pulled through the foam. I find the girth is the stretching point of the skin. i.e. while clamped I can slide shaft skin up and down a little but side to side is tight like a drum.

Yes,mild ED after a session however as demonstrated yesterday I could still cum after two session of clamping. And as the head was big and shiny, clamp off at this stage, I was able to get a shot onto the stomach, which doesn’t happen often.

Ohh and I had to tell you. I was sitting on the toilet when I felt a cold sensation on my head. Mr Penis had relaxed and was touching the bowl. Got to be happy with that! As it has never happened before.

M8ter, please keep your routine page up to date as I plan to refer to it as my length seems to have stopped. And congrates on the new length. See if you can get a photo of a 7 inch girth clamped moster as well.

Hey man..! How was your holiday? Yes, I typically have some of the sack skin pulled into the clamp area as well, so that’s good you have been able to get a better position. Mild ED is normal after a session or two, but that doesn’t stop you does it? haha At least in my case, as the girth/length has increased, I no longer shoot but dribble out instead. Small price to pay for a bigger unit, right?

Strange feeling touching the toilet like that isn’t ? That’s awesome, man..! You’ll begin to notice other things begin to change as well and how much tighter the fabric on the pants/underwear gets…. Just wait..! The fun has just begun.

Clamping does wonders for girth..hands down. The only downside to the clamping routine is that it brings little to no gains in length, at least from what I’ve seen. You might see temporary gains after a session, but that’s usually it. Consider manual stretching/weight hanging/wearing an all day stretcher and it will help translate the tissue healing into length. Just did my clamp session on Thursday, so I’ll see if I can get a good shot of it after a few sessions on Sunday/Monday. Cheers…!

Yeah, you’ve realized why girth work shouldn’t be carried on while trying to gain length. The increased volume of the shaft doesn’t help and actually interferes with length gains. Hence, if you want length gains, avoid girth work until your length goal is reached.

I did heavy hanging and incorporated angles and fulcrums while doing SO (straight out) hanging with a Bungee cord and when I reached my length goal I was surprised to find after my wife was complaining about a sore jaw during B/J’s that my girth had increased to the point where I didn’t need to do any girth work.

Exactly. I should be making that more clear. Up to this point, I’ve been incorporating both girth and length routines and as I mentioned in another thread or two that I’m now at the head scraping stage and need to stop girthwork to focus on length. Clamping is so addictive though..haha. I’m one of your clients, by the way, Monty…..your PE weights are great and I’ve been recommending them to guys on here.

Holiday was great,except for the first few days at the beach I was worried about the bulge in my shorts. Then I thought stuff it an stood up proud. Lol

I also noticed that bikini bottoms seem to getting quite small at the back allowing a very nice amount of arse cheek to be shown.

Kids had fun, wife relaxed, I got a good book and some decent clamping! What could be better?
