My Head Exercise
I haven’t seen any real concrete gains yet but in aid to the ongoing effort to get new members to post more, I figured I would share it.
I had trouble doing the sadsak’s exercise so I decided to try something a little different. I get about a 75-80% erection and grab the base of my dick lightly with an ok grip. I then pump as much blood as possible into my penis and then close the grip tightly, this part is key. Then I use an ok grip with my other hand right above the one currently gripping the penis and squeeze with that hand. At this point I let go with my first hand, trying hard not to lose any blood in the transition. Now I just alternate all the way up the shaft and end up with tremendous pressure inside my head. It is rock solid by the time I get all the way up.
