My little story with ADS.

I have been PEing for about 6 months now and tested different things. So far this has been my gold.
I have been using the Homemade ADS device now for 3 months and have gotten great gains but i have been using the rules of a hanger and have been using it as a stretching device.
I have been using two Velcro Straps, one on top of the other so I can get a great amount of pressure stretching my dick.
I would think my gains have been newbie gains but as this ADS seems to be taking off i thought i would share my finds.
Last night three times in one love making session with the little lady she jumped and said ooh and seemed to be shocked.

My thought on this…
Stretching with about 10 to 20 lbs pressure for 15 min.
Backing off to no pressure for 30 min and repeat again for 3 session.
Then using lite pressure for two or three hours afterwards.

Started many months ago at 6.25” and was 7.25” BPEL back in Aug/05 and now likely longer as the little lady is having trouble with the size.

Which homemade ADS are you using exactly?

It was posted within another ADS thread and was about making your own for 3.00 which costed me about 10.00 . The size i made was for 6.25” to 8.”

Can we get a picture or drawing of this device that you made? I am interested as I am focus right now on length.

This is what i have been using but with two Velcro Straps as one with open after about 5lbs to 7lbs force or a little more. I would highly recommend not using this if you are just starting out. Your unit needs to be condition to use the pressure i am using. Should also add at the pressure i am using it’s no longer a ADS as you need to back off the pressure after 15 min.
