My new approach

A while ago there was big controversey brought forth by a forum member named newbie, if I recall correctly. He said that people should go easy instead of overdoing things for example erect jelqing and more advanced techniques. I found that newbie had some good points and that essentially, I’m going to try doing his light jelqs for 2 months. Here is what I do…
Warmup with hotwrap for about 5 mins,
do 100 kegels stretching downward,
then do 10-15 minutes of regular jelq (50 to 70 % erection) with a slight stretch.
after I finish, I do 5 minutes of cooldown with the hotwrap and do 100 more kegels stretching.

I think a very important factor for this 2 months will be to avoid maserbation until my rest days (Weekends), where I can finally blow my load and not have to PE. I have optimistic outlooks for this aproach and today I’m on the second day of the second week. I recorded my measurements in the previous thread, and I will report in at the end of 2 months and inform everyone of my success / failure. So far so good.

Um, according to the post date you posted all that on 30th March (unless your thread was moved, in which case just ignore this! ;p), so you were on your second day of your second week that day?
Would that not mean you started March 22nd?
I don’t mean to be pedantic, I just wanted to make sure you had the right date so a couple of months or a year from now you dont get confused (especially if this is your only record, which I doubt anyway) and others dont think you’ve made better gains in a shorter time.

I’m 100 % I started monday, actually, monday was the first day since last autumn, I skipped PE the whole winter. I read the thread on Tuesday I believe, but the thread was started a long time ago. Something like that

I strongly believe that you have decided on an excellent routine.

It is virtually the same as the one I used to gain over 1.5 inches with!

Yeah pretty much. From mid October to the end of December last year that was my gain.

Wow, you guys can gain on such a brief program?

I stretch for like 20 minutes to a half hour, then jelq for another 45 minutes to an hour… and it only seems like I’m just maintaining my size with this.
