My new approach
A while ago there was big controversey brought forth by a forum member named newbie, if I recall correctly. He said that people should go easy instead of overdoing things for example erect jelqing and more advanced techniques. I found that newbie had some good points and that essentially, I’m going to try doing his light jelqs for 2 months. Here is what I do…
Warmup with hotwrap for about 5 mins,
do 100 kegels stretching downward,
then do 10-15 minutes of regular jelq (50 to 70 % erection) with a slight stretch.
after I finish, I do 5 minutes of cooldown with the hotwrap and do 100 more kegels stretching.
I think a very important factor for this 2 months will be to avoid maserbation until my rest days (Weekends), where I can finally blow my load and not have to PE. I have optimistic outlooks for this aproach and today I’m on the second day of the second week. I recorded my measurements in the previous thread, and I will report in at the end of 2 months and inform everyone of my success / failure. So far so good.
