Someone asked me to tell the forum the routine I had been using so here it is:
10 minutes of Bundled stretches(5 minutes in both twist directions) right after a hot shower or bath. After that there was 7 minutes erect clamping with 3 minute break for 6 sets. I did this all right before bed and would wear a “Grifiti Band Joes 2” “(you can find them on amazon) all night as a cock ring with only slight constriction. I never took any breaks during the week, I did this every day for months and saw steady gains the whole time.
My whole goal here was to get to 6” girth with no concern for length. I have done that so I can happily say I am finally done!
Congrats! I’ve been looking for girth and gave had trouble getting clamping gains to become permanent.
What frequency did you use to clamp? On the first page you mention every other day and then here you say no breaks during the week (5 on 2 off?) But also “everyday for months”.
