What frequency did you use to clamp? On the first page you mention every other day and then here you say no breaks during the week (5 on 2 off?) But also “everyday for months”.

Hey Religion,

great read and nice gains over the years.

Did experiment with girth exercises a lot in the last 2 years and came to the same conclusion that 7-8 Min sets are best for constricted exercises.
This really surprised me as I tended to do longer sets (15-20 Min of cockring clamping) in the past.
Like yourself I am a fan too of unlocking the tunica by stretches before girth work.
Since then I can use really short sets. The tempgains are amazing and I can keep them longer.

Moreover I like to wear a all night cockring too 2-3 times a week.
It took some time to find the right cockring, but now I love it.
When I wake up in the morning, it feels like I have done a low pressure pumping session.

Really great to see someone that developed a similar style (the only difference is that I train 1/1 or in a IPR template.).
This gives me confidence to pursue this style of training as my main routine as I am a little inconsistent because I love to experiment and I am happy with my size.

Lets see how it will work in the long run.
