I will start with my stats to put this into perspective. They are from the two times I bothered to write this down and the 2006 measurement is something I only have from memory, I remember me and a girlfriend being curious so we checked.:

Now my story is this: I started when I was still a freshman or sophomore in high-school with what can best be described as a jelq but it wasn’t really a full jelq because it didn’t hit the CC and instead only push blood into the CS. I was trying to get a more defined glans and urethra bulge at the time which I did get. I did that for many years until joining here and started clamping. At first I was doing long sessions of fully erect clamping, 15 minutes per session and doing at least an hour in the clamp. I would describe that as extreme, quickly made it up to 5.5eg and kept doing it for years out of habit even though I wasn’t still growing there. At some point I went down to a 10 minute session with 5 minutes rest and started behind the balls clamping(discouraged by most people but I had good results from it and no injuries so I kept doing it) but no idea when I did that. Some time in 2012 I added kegel exercises to the erect clamping sessions and reduced the clamping duration to 7minutes in with 3 minutes rest then repeated 3-6 times and saw gains again to 5.625eg. Finally I started holding the kegel for up to 1 minute straight while in the clamp but found that actually wasn’t as effective as a 30second hold and 30second rest repeated and that has really be effective at increasing the vein size all along the shaft as well as the girth gaining up to 5.8. I am seeing veins that I couldn’t see before and the ones at the surface now constantly bulge when I am erect, it has been described as looking angry which was exactly what I wanted out of this whole adventure in PE I have done. All the clamping has made significant changes to me girth throughout the whole shaft, where I was very uniform girth along the whole shaft before now I am more of a tree trunk with it thickening as I measure further away from the glans until midway where it is consistent the rest of the way down. CS and glans are also significantly more pronounced like I wanted and that is great! Corona ridge is much more pronounced too and that has gotten an, unexpectedly, positive response from girls so I’ll take that.

I didn’t do anything that focused on length for any real time except maybe 6 months where I did hanging but I didn’t like the process and all the girls I have been with talked about thickness all the time but they never cared about length for their pleasure so I just gave it up. I never measured the length before I started hanging or after I stopped but it wasn’t much of a gain at all I don’t think, so all the length gains I have had have come from clamping or jelqing in the early years which I read was not supposed to happen but I will take it.

Forgot one critical piece of information:

When I added the longer kegels I also started doing the session before bed and after the sessions I put on a broccoli band to trap the engorgement all night as I slept. A broccoli band is a #81 rubber band with dimensions .5 inch x 2 inch so it is not a thin rubber band that puts pressure on a small area and instead applies it over half an inch like a cock ring. I only did the short burst to push in more blood and got not much veinage out of it.
Since some days trying these long holds and they really push the veins and vascular system.

How long did it take you to get the look via these clamped kegels? Did you do them with every clamp session?

That mean look didn’t really start until I started the longer holds and wearing a cock ring all night(ANC) VERY recently actually but even when I was doing very short kegels(just tighten then instantly loosen that muscle) it was making the veins bigger just not anywhere near as fast as the longer holds+ANC. I would say I started seeing big gains in the vein size within the first month and have kept it going for 6+ months now with the same results. Yes, they were done every single session.

There was a lot of testing done before I even attempted it. Wore it while awake and got periodic erections then let it flag to make sure blood could flow out when it wanted to. Tested that for MANY hours before I took a 1 hour nap and progressively increased the time I would sleep before waking up to check. I was thorough when it came to testing this because I knew it could go horribly wrong.

Nice. I’ll have to try this to get my angry cock once I hit my final 6.5”MSEG goal. My penis, as well, is smaller behind the head and enlarges up to midshaft.

Once I reach my midshaft goal I’m going to start a routine clamping at midshaft to try and enlarge the most forward portion including the head to be equal with midshaft. I find directly behind my head runs about 1/4” behind midshaft.

Your final method, how many days a week did you do these?

Every other day, so sometimes 4 times a week and sometimes 3 depending on how the schedule lined up. Initially when clamping and going straight into an cock ring all night I needed to space out the sessions to every 3rd day to allow for proper healing but after about a month I didn’t need to do that anymore. I have tried doing the sessions every day but that didn’t allow for proper healing over the long haul and eventually I would start suffering in EQ after about 2 weeks. NOT A NEWBY TECHNIQUE AT ALL.

I have kept up the all night ring usage for this entire time and I must say the veins on the shaft are getting impressive as is the corpus spongiosum. Gotten a much more pronounced bulge where the urethra travels up the shaft, fuller glans and crown as well as vein size and their firmness. About 2 months ago I added bundled stretches to my routine and it has been very effective at adding girth just by itself. I decided to try bundled stretches followed by clamping followed by ANC and I will see how that goes soon.
