Newbie post

This is my first post.After months of thinking,nah I leave it I finally got started. Mainly interested in gith gains but starting off slowly.Have been doing kegels for a long time though.

My question is how do you improve the angle of attack. When I was younger the general used to point at almost eleven. Five years later he doesn’t get much past nine. Not only does it look lazy but I think it ruins performance.

I once read a website that said it was somethign to do with ligs. In this case I am scared to hang etc / stretch or he will stand to attention again.

Are you a pilot? (angle of attack)

PE helps my general.

ARe you referring to your errection angle? If so the Kegels you are doing are the best place to “attack” this issue.

I have been doing around a hundred kegels a day for the past year. It doesnt seem to be helping in that area. They work great for everything else though.

This forum is great and I really am going to keep up my routine this time. I think I will stick to girth exercises until the general holds his head up high.

I went to this chinese doctors web site. I forgot what the name is as it seemed crazy. Others have mentioned it though. He says stuff like masturbation can killyour willy and stuff. He said my ligements were too weak to support my length (around seven).

Anyway I will carry doing the kegels. Maybe I need to do more a day.
