Angle of Attack and Weight question

Angle of Attack and Weight question

Hey all, hope your gains are going well! I just have a quick question.

After my initial month (or more) of BTC and SD hanging—to make sure my ligs are maxed out—do I reset the weight I have gotten too (i.e. by adding a pound a week), or do I just start hanging OTS and SO with the weight I have gotton too?

I hope that is clear. Thanks!

You can use the same weight BUT better to drop little first time so you can see how the stretch feels in new angle.

Are you sure that your ligs are maxed out? When I was done with BTC, I started to feel the stretch behind my balls in inner tunica.

Also try RSDT. OTS is much better than SO IMO, because it requires less weight to reach fatigue.

armoman92,

What indicators are you using to tell you that your ligs are “maxed out”?

OMG mister007. I have had this inner tunica fatigue for two weeks. Unmistakable soreness isn’t it? I cannot recall having read about it before but you and I have experienced it. It makes perfect sense that inner tunica fatigue is linked to lig stretch as long as you are not hanging above SD.

I still do not plan to switch from ligs to tunica at this point. I am finding that hanging UTL is adding to my BPFSL. I also have not hung much over 13lbs.

Also my LOT and exit point have a little ways to go yet. No rush, especially when dedicated tunica work is harder than lig work and the lig gains need to be cement anyway.

Hey guys, thanks for the input! (Also, thanks for giving me some indicators I didn’t read about too know about my ligs being maxed.)

My ligs are not maxed out (yet), I just started hanging 2 weeks ago. I am only at 6 lbs.

I just thought of this today question today, and it was bugging me, lol.

Hey SheLovesIt. Yeah, it’s pretty intense feeling. I have never done UTL but I can imagine that it stretches the ligs even more. I’m doing only 1 BTC set now and other sets are RSDT/OTS/OTS with fulcrum. I always start with BTC, then RSDT and then OTS. Sometimes I do more RSDT and sometimes more OTS, depends what gives me the best stretch/fatigue.

I have found that when RSDT feels more intense, OTS feels less intense and vice versa.

But today, I felt no stretch in my inner shaft doing BTC. Actually I felt a little stretch on the ligs. This probably means that my inner shaft is growing, hopefully. Good thing is that ligs are not taking any stress on RSDT so I’m not going to switch to lig work yet.

Someday I probably need to switch on lig work again and then I’m sure I’m going to try some UTL too.

Keep going on BTC. Ligs are easier to stretch and you will probably get some tunica gains too.

It does not matter do you gain 1” or 0.1” from BTC, but you want to stretch those ligs so they do not take stress away from tunica when hanging RSDT or SO.

You are the man, thank you. Go enjoy your martini, how do you take it? Shaken but not stirred?

Ha ha! Thanks man and good luck on your hanging journey! Shaken but not stirred, yes please ;)

mister007,
As far as UTL. I read a post where Bib said to alternate UTRL and UTLL and then do a BTC. I did one cycle of that and measured 8” BPFSL for the first time in my life this AM. All day I hung low and loose which surprised me because I was experiencing retraction a day ago.

I have been following your progress thread on Bib’s Forum. I wish you spectacular gains. No jinx.

armoman92,
Many gains to you.

sheLovesIt

SheLovesIt,

That sound very promising. Congratulations on that 8” BPFSL. I hope to reach that soon. Divide and conquer, that’s how it works!

Thanks for encouragement. I hope we all reach our goals some day.
