I am finding that hanging UTL is adding to my BPFSL. I also have not hung much over 13lbs.
Also my LOT and exit point have a little ways to go yet. No rush, especially when dedicated tunica work is harder than lig work and the lig gains need to be cement anyway.

Hey SheLovesIt. Yeah, it’s pretty intense feeling. I have never done UTL but I can imagine that it stretches the ligs even more. I’m doing only 1 BTC set now and other sets are RSDT/OTS/OTS with fulcrum. I always start with BTC, then RSDT and then OTS. Sometimes I do more RSDT and sometimes more OTS, depends what gives me the best stretch/fatigue.
I have found that when RSDT feels more intense, OTS feels less intense and vice versa.
But today, I felt no stretch in my inner shaft doing BTC. Actually I felt a little stretch on the ligs. This probably means that my inner shaft is growing, hopefully. Good thing is that ligs are not taking any stress on RSDT so I’m not going to switch to lig work yet.
Someday I probably need to switch on lig work again and then I’m sure I’m going to try some UTL too.

I just thought of this today question today, and it was bugging me, lol.
Keep going on BTC. Ligs are easier to stretch and you will probably get some tunica gains too.
It does not matter do you gain 1” or 0.1” from BTC, but you want to stretch those ligs so they do not take stress away from tunica when hanging RSDT or SO.
