I agree, but when you mention the ball size. Low-sacks seem to produce the opposite effect, the lower your sack is the less of a bulge you will have (picture how the dick protrudes with a tight high sack, while it is able to fall vertically with a lower sack). Ideally, you would have massive balls without a very low sack - if you care about ball size.
How did it cause problems during intercourse?
