Need help finding surgeon

You guys know I sell PE devices. Along with that line of business, I get lots of desperate emails from people asking for help. Most of time I direct them to this site, while trying to help them much as I can.

One of the guy who emailed me and been corresponding for a while is very depressed about his size (sorry I will not go into personal detail). Against my advise and asking to get help here (and help from mental professionals), he is now dead set on getting a penis surgery. I’m sort of lost here as I’m not qualified to provide these type of advice.

Well if he’s going to get this done, at least I would like to provide him with credible penis doctor. I always read that there are about 10 really good penis doctors and rest are all quacks. Do any of you know who these doctors are?

Refer him to this site and, in worst case scenario, get him a psychologists. Don’t send him to a PE surgeon yet! Have him read the posts and talk to us, well do our best to help him. Save him from the risk, cost, and pain of a PE surgery. I am pretty confident that he is to safe like many other desperate, and ego beaten guys. A PE surgery risk far outweighs the benefits.

Monkeybar, I think your best course is to direct him to a search on the web for ‘penis surgery’. I had a quick look there and there is a site giving advice on the pros and cons of having surgery.

I think this might be your best bet, as if anything goes wrong, people’s attitudes change and you could find yourself blamed one way or another, So directing him to advice would I think, be your best course.

I can no longer suggest total life enhancement, San Luis Obispo because Rheinschild has left the office, and a new surgeon I am not familiar with is preforming the procedures.

Do not get free fat transfer. Stay away from all facilties preforming this procedure. Such as Guinta, Burman and all others.

Stage the surgeries Length and girth at least six months apart, (length first).

Feel free to ask me any specific questions. I have had the procedure in January 2005. I plan to be getting the length surgery from Reed in October, and a second girth enhancement in June 2006.

By the way, theres not like 10 surgeons in the country that are capable, or a least have a better track record, (not perfect), theres more like 5. Don’t get the information from the web. The surgery can be a great thing, that’s not a big deal. I walked across the street to a mexican resteraunt the day of my procedure and had dinner.

Perhaps you could tell us more about why this person does not want to try Thunder’s and the non-surgical methods first. Is it just the time thing? Does he simply want a bigger penis tomorrow?

I am not opposed to the idea of surgury, as many here are. But I do think it should be a last resort. What I suggest is that you appeal to his very desparation to encourage him to try the non-surgical methods first. Specifically, inform him that penis surgury tends to yield at best an additional inch in length, and in some cases it can be less than this. Depending on his current size, one inch may not be sufficient for him (though of course it would help). Conversely, some “smaller” men here, for example the infamous Y Guy, have gained several inches from the non-surgical methods.

In a percentage of cases, men find it very hard to gain much or anything from hanging, stretching, etc. Should he be one of these “hard gainers,” he could then consider surgury.

In short, tell him that he could expect about an inch at best from surgury, and upwards of three to four or possibly even more inches from hanging and the like.

I would never allow a surgeon near my dick, I’d be too scared of something going wrong. Is it just me?

Without going into detail, the person hasn’t done much research. I think his depression is causing some inactivity. I agree with Petitfaun - I think I will stay out of this for obvious reasons. As much as I like to help, sometimes its better to let them think for themselve (eventually).

The only US based surgeon I know of with a good reputation is Douglas Whitehead in NY. As Crash says it is advisable to get the length and girth surgeries performed 6 months apart no matter what any surgeon says. Also the length procedure will only increase flacid size, and if there if any change erect it will be minimal. Nowadays most surgeons ask their patients to ware an ADS for 6 months and this is where the erect changes come from. Also do not let the surgeon perform a Y plasty incision, the chances a scarring are too great. For the girth procedure do not have fat transfer as it can leave penis looking miss shapen and it will feel soft and make waring condoms difficult. This means paying more for alloderm. However, the long term results of alloderm don’t seem that much better than fat transfer. The reason not many plastic surgeons perform this operation because it has alarmingly low patient sattisfaction. A simple way of looking at it is that if a surgeon could enhance a penis as well as he can breasts then we wolud all have it done. The fact that the procedure is 20 years old and still isn’t that popular should tell you something!

Whitehead in New york has cancer, and doesn’t seem to be preforming surgeries anymore. All people I’ve talked to seem to have a permanent result with alloderm.

Glad Crashhex chimed in on this one as he is our resident brain on this topic. I personally have dedicated 4% of my gray cells to doing nothing but being violent 24/7 to keeping sharp objects away from my willie.
