Hello everyone. I’ve come back from a long hiatus and been on a slightly modified newbie routine for a few months and I want to incorporate ads during my work shift. 5am-2pm. I work from home so it can’t get any easier than that. Well I have been in the process of making my own ads, so far I have cut out some fabric and pressed some keylet loops through (just like on a shoe for shoe laces). I wrap my penis from just under the glands about 4 inches down the shaft with medical wrap then after that I tighten my sleeve around my unit about an inch behind the glands and tighten it pretty good. My problem is the head of my penis is so small when flaccid that my sleeve slips right over the head and instead of pulling the penis it just feels like i’m pulling my skin. If I go any tighter it starts to go numb and cold so I know right away I can’t sustain any sort of stretch like that for any amount of time.

Does anybody have any tips or tricks on getting this sleeve to stay on? When hard my penis is 4.5” behind glands and 5.5” at base and it’s roughly 1” smaller when soft. So my taper is there, if I milk my penis and pull blood into the head then the sleeve stays on for about 2 minutes. Then it slips through once the blood leaves the head.

I’ve done so much searching on this form prior to writing this so any kind of advice will help. I’m not against buying a device, I will probably get one eventually especially since discretion isn’t a problem at home but if i ever want to go out I want my ads to work so I can strap it to my leg and keep it discrete.

I’ve been told the vacuum ads works well for some, bib for others, etc. I’ve gathered that each system works differently for each person. I have the same issue as you. I’m starting to experiment with hanging because I’m wanting to add that to my routine in a few weeks, and I’m betting the vacuum ads is going to be my ticket. I’ve tried the wrap, like you, and felt skin tug more than the ligament tug. Although, I imagine there will ALWAYS be a pull on the skin. So, maybe try looking into a vacuum ads with low weight to begin with.

I built my own ADS by using a 36” bungie cord and the vacuum based glans cap/sleeve which I cannibalized from my VacExtender. I used the VacExtender base cushion slipped onto the base of my dick to attach the bungie cord which I then wrapped around my waist and attached to the hook on the glans cap. You could probably use the less expensive flex ring from PumpToys as a substitute for the more expensive but more comfortable VacExtender base cushion.

I ended up getting the penimaster with the vac about a week after I posted this and I have been using it mon-fri since then. But I can only wear it for 1.5 - 2 hrs tops before I can feel my glands start to tingle. I’ll take it off and I have slight swelling. I use the stretchy strap so I can alternate wrapping it around my thigh or up and over my shoulder and around my chest. I’ll vac for an hour and rest and use a heat pad for 20min then vac for an hour again. I do this from 5am-3pm. But man the glands are definitely feeling it at the end of the shift. I would love it if their was a way to wear this think for 3-4 hours at a time then rest for an hour and go for 3-4 hours again but man theirs no way with the vac because my glands would be so swollen I can already see it now. So i’m still interested in figuring out a way to wrap a sleeve of some sort behind the glands so I can ads for longer periods of time. I also have a bib that i’ve had forever when I planned to hang in the past. But for now I want to find a way to ads for long periods of time so that way once I ads for 4-5 months I can invest in a heat lamp and start hanging during my shift and then use my ads for the rest of the day. But I want to be able to ads from 3pm-10pm without any breaks. But in order to do that I gotta figure out a way to ads without the vac.
