need help making gains again
Hello, I’ve been PE’ing for about 2 years now and gained pretty much only length from 5.75” to 7”BPEL. After a deconditioning break I came back and never seemed to reach 7” again, just right under it. I started focusing more on girth but then realized the thing that was most important to me was length. I’ve been doing all different sorts of stretches seeing no more results. Is it possible that I’ve stopped gaining? If anybody has a new reccomendation for a routine that would be great. My recent routine has been alternating manual stretches, inverted v-stretching, clamping, o-bends, and jelqing about 3x a week. So I guess now I’m waiting for length gains to pick up so I can feel comfortable starting girth again. Thanks a lot for all your help guys
