Need help with making a TGC style routine... Experts please respond!

I have been PEing for about 8 years now off and on and made some good gains but I have been stuck at 7.75 BP and 5.25 EG for about 2 years now. My routine now is around 10 mins of Power Jelqing followed by 5 to 10 minutes of clamping/edging and then another 5 minutes of PJing. This seems to be working okay I’m pretty pumped the day I PE. I do this every other day and with cialis I get some good girth gains.

Now I am looking to really start growing again. I am away from home and taking a week off and want to get back into it full throttle. Goal is 8.5 BP and 6 inches of girth. My erection quality is about an 8 I would say my shaft gets very hard but I suffer from soft head like a lot of us do. And my erect length and flaccid stretched length are both just under 8 inches bone pressed. I thought my flaccid length would be longer but its not. Can someone reccomend a routine please? Maybe 30 minutes in length. I have access to a heating pad and a space heater. I have been using the space heater the entire time I PE for constant heat. Thanks!

If your BPEL and your BPFSL is about the same and you want to try the TGC-theory, you should focus on stretching. How about some jelqing followed by a 20min hanging set with light weight SD or BTC? Or manual stretches? Monitor your BPFSL and try increasing hanging/stretching time if it does not increase. If it goes up, stick with what you are doing. If it goes down, take a rest day or as many it takes to get it back up.

That is the theory anyways.. The main thing for you is to focus on your tunica. Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback buddy appreciate it! And I will get into hanging I think again I haven’t done it for a long long long time where is the best place to find a hanger any idea? I am probably going to start hanging maybe 5 lbs. for 20 minutes a day maybe after 10 minutes of jelqing I am trying to decide if I should go to wet jelqing or just stick to Power Jelqing? I feel like PJing is better for girth.

I want the fastest way of getting the hanger to me if I have to buy it or is it easier to just make?

I am wondering what the best way to hang is in regards to jelqing? Should I do one or the other first and why? I am hanging about 20 minutes and jelqing around 10 minutes for bloodflow, etc. I am hanging 5 lbs. seated and then 10 minutes Power Jelqing… What kind of frequency is recommended?
