need proffessional advice
I used to pe years ago ,i think 2002-2003 for like 8 months or so, then stopped all of a sudden. I started back last week and alot has changed from the time i started. I really want to try hanging and clamping mildly. my sessions consist of stretches, dry jelquing and fowfers. Curious to know what you all think of me hanging and clamping, is it too soon?
The gains i made back then were minuscule, i think that why i gave up, but now i workout with weights and my cock has some catching up to do.
