How about “bridging” the gap closed with a 1” wide piece of double sided velco?

I think I would put 2 of them in line and put some sort of Y splitter on the bulb part. Sort of like when you need a longer hose clamp, you out 2 in line.

Am I making sense??

This is kinda what I mean:

I don’t see how you could make one out of two. The Velcro wouldn’t work and there would be two hoses. I’m thinking I could cinch that one that is 6”long around my flaccid shaft. It would be tight, but tight is what we want. The only problem is after several sets when the flaccid girth swells it probably wouldn’t fit. What would be perfect is a cuff that was 1” wide and about 7” long. Maybe they will custom fit one;)

Ac9. The cloth part of the cuff is not the problem, it’s the rubber bladder inside the cloth sleeve that would be too short. If it was just a matter of bridging the two cloth cuffs together you could sew them. The one I have the cloth sleeve is about four inches wide, to allow for expansion. The rubber bladder inside is three inches wide, just a little too wide to clamp effectively. The new clamp I’m working with MB on will be the width of two CableClamps side by side. This is about how wide our BP Cuff should be, just a little over an inch would be the perfect width, but it needs to be long enough to wrap around a 6” to 7” girth, to allow for the fluid build up that occurs with clamping.

ConMed cuffs . I thought about using these for a ULI type exercise a while back. Never tried ‘em though. Figure the "child" size will work best for most guys’ "limb". :D

Why not. That is exactly what clamping is all about, pressure on blood vessels, veins specifically.

I e-mailed them, but so far haven’t heard back. I dug out mu old BP cuff. Three inches is just too wide for clamping. The 1” cuff should be perfect. The soft rubber bladder is much more user friendly than the plastic clamp. I look forward to trying this device.

That’s funny because as I was sitting in the doctor’s office last Thursday I was thinking the same exact thing. I had to get some injections in my back to numb the nerves. When the Nurse came into the room to take my blood pressure, as the cuff started getting tighter I was wondering how that would work around my dick. I was thinking of a way to build one. But I guess you guys already thought about that, and here I am thinking that I too was onto something.

Yeah, the idea of using a neo-natal BP cuff as a PE device has been talked about on this forum for years. I forget who originally thought of the idea, but we only had the bigger cuffs available back then. The one I have that is three inches wide is pretty worn out and beaten up. I used it for everything, including a means to keep my homemade Bib hanger closed. The thing must be pretty tough to still hold air after all I’ve put it through. But these new narrow cuffs look like they would be perfect for clamping.
