Well, I’m sick of this shit, really.
I’m just burned out. Chalk it up to the past 13 months with only 0.5” BPEL gain to show for it. But all of the posting & reading posts, and theories ad nauseum - and the shit going on at home - has just burned me out. I need a break.

Tonight, I stretched for about 7 or 8 minutes, did 25 slow strong dry jelqs, then strapped on the “Homedics Thera P” wrap. I’ve had it on for about the past hour and amazingly, I’ve maintained about 5.5” hang NBP. Also, my glans has been at about 90% inflation for the entire hour. I really like the feeling of it.

Despite having gained a full 1”+ BPEL, my pathetic flaccid hang has only increased by about 0.5” (and, of course, more girth), which just makes it look even stubbier….a miserable 4” NBP most of the time.

I’m going to do a simple daily routine, taking less than 10 minutes actual workout time - for at least the next month. For anybody interested, this is what I’ll be doing:

7 Days per Week
* 7-8 minutes of stretching - about 2-3 minutes low, for ligs, another 3-4 minutes high for tunica, then finish it with some slow rotary cranks.
* about 25 slow strong jelqs, kegeling while doing them
* wrap on the Homedics Thera P (for as much total time as possible)



(optional: fowfers while sitting at the computer, whenever I think about it & am not wearing the Thera P.)

That’s all I’m going to be doing for at least the next month or so; that is, if I don’t take a long cold-turkey break altogether. I’ll report back, eventually, to give any updates. Hopefully, at least my NBP flaccid will be greatly improved - perhaps that will pave the way for some BPEL gains.

Do yourself a favor…take a long break. The more of your posts I read, the more obvious it is to me that you need a break…a long one. Take 6 full weeks off…bite the fuckin bullet and do it. Then you can really see if “newbie gains” are possible again. You will probably grow during your break anyway…I did. Also, I would be happy as hell to have gained as much length as you…be happy that it is even possible to make your dick bigger. For over 20 years I thought I was stuck with what I had forever. Trust me on this…you need it.

Damn, wad - sorry to hear the home front has gotten to be a battle zone. It’s hard enough to build self confidence with all this PE stuff and then to also deal with that kind of stress at home really sucks.

I know you have been looking for the magic solution to make a breakthrough and get back to the growing side of PE. You have probably read my thread concerning Girth Blasters but may not have tried the technique. I am not asking you to start a new routine based on this type of jelqing, but try the method for 5 minutes or so and see if you can’t "feel" that the solution might now be in your hands so to speak.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Wad take my advice I was also stuck for 8 months with no gains than I started hanging with the bib. Try it for 2 hours a day 5 days a week or more while your on the computer and you will gain. Hanging is great you can work or play on the computer and still grow dick.
