Well, I’m sick of this shit, really.
I’m just burned out. Chalk it up to the past 13 months with only 0.5” BPEL gain to show for it. But all of the posting & reading posts, and theories ad nauseum - and the shit going on at home - has just burned me out. I need a break.
Tonight, I stretched for about 7 or 8 minutes, did 25 slow strong dry jelqs, then strapped on the “Homedics Thera P” wrap. I’ve had it on for about the past hour and amazingly, I’ve maintained about 5.5” hang NBP. Also, my glans has been at about 90% inflation for the entire hour. I really like the feeling of it.
Despite having gained a full 1”+ BPEL, my pathetic flaccid hang has only increased by about 0.5” (and, of course, more girth), which just makes it look even stubbier….a miserable 4” NBP most of the time.
I’m going to do a simple daily routine, taking less than 10 minutes actual workout time - for at least the next month. For anybody interested, this is what I’ll be doing:
7 Days per Week
* 7-8 minutes of stretching - about 2-3 minutes low, for ligs, another 3-4 minutes high for tunica, then finish it with some slow rotary cranks.
* about 25 slow strong jelqs, kegeling while doing them
* wrap on the Homedics Thera P (for as much total time as possible)
(optional: fowfers while sitting at the computer, whenever I think about it & am not wearing the Thera P.)
That’s all I’m going to be doing for at least the next month or so; that is, if I don’t take a long cold-turkey break altogether. I’ll report back, eventually, to give any updates. Hopefully, at least my NBP flaccid will be greatly improved - perhaps that will pave the way for some BPEL gains.
(P.S., I’m going to go finish that assembly text with my Thera P wrapped snugly.
