New 'Newbie' Like Gains After Extended Break!
Back in June I reached a plateau I did not have the determination needed to break through. I had reached 7.5 BPEL, 4.75 EG and was happy with my gains (.5 inch L and .3 G since last October) but I was nowhere near done. At this time I was reading some threads that had to do with extended breaks (Wad, Dino) and returning with a ‘Newbie’ type routine. This sounded to me to be valid. Since I was going through a very busy period where my daily routine was in constant disarray I decided to go on a break rather than try to work through the plateau.
After allowing six weeks to decondition I began PE again with my ‘Newbie’ routine. For the first two weeks I was doing the following:
5 minutes hot wrap
10-15 minutes basic stretches
5 minutes hot wrap
15 minutes jelqs
5 minutes hot wrap
At the beginning of every week I would bump up the stretching and jelqs to where I am now doing this:
5 minutes hot wrap
30 minutes all type of stretches
5 minutes hot wrap
20-30 minutes jelqs
5 minutes hot wrap
I have recently added in two 15 minute stretch/dry jelq sessions in the middle of the day at work.
I follow this routine either 2 on 1 off, or 3 on 1 off, whatever my schedule allows. I never take more than one day off. I sometimes have to get up at 4:30 in the morning to fit this in when I know I will be busy in the evening. I am focusing primarily on consistency this go around as I know this is key and has been my number 1 problem all along.
Now the results. I have been determined not to measure for two months however, I was really beginning to notice some growth the last week. This not being enough temptation to break out the ruler something else has come up. For the past couple of months my wife and I had not been having as much sex but in the past two weeks, after one particularly good session, my wife has been more than agreeable and last night she practically raped me, telling me several times while she was either sucking me or riding on top that she really loves my big cock. Of course I was riding high all night with praise like that.
So, this morning I get up and break out the ruler and tape measure. In 1 month I had gained 5/16ths EL and 1/8th EG!( I finally reached 5 EG) No shit, these are the most rapid gains I have ever had!
I think I can attribute this to three things, the extended deconditioning break, the renewed determination to stay consistent, and the knowledge I have gained here at Thunders. Quality of exercises make a huge difference.
I can only be optimistic about the future and believe anything is possible.
