New stretch routine for me, have any guess

Guys I really need lenght, I have gained a lot of girth and now wants to focus in lenght, but I don’t have any devices, like ADS or vac hanger, so anyone has a routine for me to gain lenght, I am not newbie, and desperately need lenght, thanks!

Hello Phyriel. Why so sad? You are already big, am I wrong? :)

I think you should resume briefly here what you have you done since now, so we can give you a better advice.

Hehehe thanks man, unfortunately I still find my penis small, I change opinions all the time, it’s very strange, sometimes it’s huge and sometimes a little tiny willy.

You’re doing about 3 1/2 minutes of stretching, I think you should do a little more. I do about 6 minutes of stretching per day, every other day. The Jelqing doesn’t add much in length in my opinion. Nice avitar by the way, is this Dave Mustaine I’m talking to?!

Is it possible you are exercising too frequently? Maybe you should try upping the amount of time per workout, but decrease the number of workouts per week. It seems to me that more time to heal would be beneficial. Just something to consider.

I Don’t know side banger I already try this type and didn’t work for me, first results of this routine are good, great PI’s. Great flaccid (I will take some shots soon) and great wood, I am also getting the stretch feeling good part of the day. If I didn’t gain nothing of this routine I will decon and try your routine, Never give up!

Stretching is the main part of my routine and has worked fairly well for me.

I do as follows:

Heli’s - 30 seconds spinning in each direction
Straight Up - 30 seconds
Down - 30 seconds
Left - 30 seconds
Right - 30 seconds

Then…

Up - 30 seconds while holding Kegel for 2 seconds then Reverse Kegel for 2 seconds and repeat for the full 30 seconds
Down - As above
Left - As above
Right - As above

Then…

Left: 30 seconds - but this time with your free hand hook your index finger around the shaft at the base and pull gently in the direction opposite to the stretch. I have found that this really targets my tunica and gives a great mid shaft stretch.

Right: As above in opposite directions

Finally…

Heli’s - 30 seconds in both directions
Warm down or cool down as to your preference

I do this everyday and add jelqing afterwards every second day plus I do some quick stretches every time I go pee or whatever.
