New to me Lig stretch...

Having a LOT of 7:00, I am constantly stretching my tunica in different angles and ways to keep it guessing. I just stumbled upon a stretch that didn’t do a thing for my tunica, but absolutely pounded my ligs like I’ve never felt before.

I use a piece of plastic piping (a vacuum hose extension wand) to create a fulcrum in my stretching, and here’s what I did-

In a seated position and taking an overhand grip, thumb towards my pubic bone with glans in the middle of my palm (my standard grip), I stretched my cock straight towards the floor and bent over as well, so that my torso was lying on my thighs. I then took the plastic pipe and put it UNDER both my thighs, but on TOP of my shaft, and moved it as close to the base of my cock as possible. Then, maintaining a strong grip, I simply sat up, trapping the pipe between my thighs and shaft.

WOW!!! Lig pull like I’ve never felt before! Although I’m concentrating on my TUNICA, I’d be all over these if my ligs needed stretching. Give them a shot if your’s do… :)

Sounds interesting - if only I could figure it out - I followed it up to the “and here’s what I did” part.

Just kidding, will get my translator on to it tonight and try it out tomorrow. :)

Pull your penis back behind you, and put the pipe(hammer) between the back of your legs and penis. Stand up.

I just broke my erect penis. The hammer fell to the floor and cut my Achilles tendon.

Now what do I do?

The way i described doing them is lying back with your knees up, but they can also be done standing, or sitting on the edge of a chair. I agree: standing up from a sitting position or extending the legs out while lying down really intensifies it.

You might try that thing where you turn the pipe a little while it’s tight against your ligs. That probably gives me a better stretch than anything else I do.

Its come up lots of times in various forms *.

Great stretch and worth talking about I think it has great benefits on the tunica.

Memento, as I understood the baseball bat stretch, the bat was lying on TOP of your legs. I put the pipe UNDER the legs.

I guess the potential difference is in the pulling direction. In the baseball bat thread, I assumed one layed their dick OVER the bat and pulled downward, while I put my shaft UNDER the pipe and pulled upward…

Yup ones inverted the other is not. The choice about direction is probably a matter of LOT and maybe length.

Its a great stretch and deservous of the airing you’ve given it. A lot of people miss stuff, I know I do.

Yeah, SWM, thanks again for your original post. I do those mega Vs every night. They make my ligs ache good.

I wrapped the middle of my piece of PVC pipe with some thin foam wrap stuff athletic trainers use. My wife wonders what it’s for. I spin it around and pretend it’s a martial arts device and also helps to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome. (Maybe that’s how I’ll explain the power jelq too if she ever finds it.)
