Newbie gains go Bye Bye

Hey guys I have heard of Newbie gains before where guys who just start to PE experience substantial gains in a short amount of time. Now when I started (November 1st) I PE’ed like mad for the first 12 days (3 on 1 off) and I already felt my dick thicker and it even looked longer (possibly placebo effect had something to do with it), then I got a little injury and took some time off (5 days). I have restarted my workout 3 days ago PEing like there is no tomorrow, yet I don’t get nearly as much of a plump feeling in my cock nor does it look longer anymore, and I cant even get it as fat as it used to get After PE.

Could I have fucked up my possible newbie gains with the injury + time off ???

Did anyone experience something similar before?

P.S: I had more enthusiasm when I just started I “knew” I was going to be one of those fast gainers (I always worked out and over the years my body became very…ahhh… I am not sure what word to use here, but I can always get back in to excellent shape in less then 2 months of good training, after an extended period of rest) So that premise led me to believe that if my muscles are so flexible/ workoutable <~~ For a lack of a better word, then so is my penis. (childish reasoning, but whatever works to get you psyched up)

In any case I lost that enthusiasm and not sure how to get it back :(

Take it slow bro. Really. Patience begets great rewards.

Start with the newbie routine, trust me. Newbie Routine is created for a reason. And though ALL of us newbies think intensity equates gain or speed creates better results, we are wrong. Just listen to the experts. Take it one step at a time and eventually you’ll be on your own modified advanced routine and your dick will be able to take it by then without injury and with best gains.

Sounds like you may have gone too hard from the start, because you say you PE’d like mad!

What was your routine? Im starting to encounter a few problems of my own because I think my stretching routine was too full on, and I am encountering the accumulated effects of this only now.

As for your attitude coming in. It’s good. Im in the same boat as you with the body changing thing. If I let myself go for 2 years, it takes me 3 months in the gym to turn that around - and I am a bong-head too so I take extra stock in my rejuvenation abilities.
However, I understand that just because my body reacts to gym work like this doesn’t neccasirrily mean my cock will to PE. But its all mental anyway, and I would prefer to believe I have that to my advantage anyway! :)

Pretty interesting!My starting day is November 1st, too.I am taking it slow and easy as was recommended, since I am a newbie,I learnt through training for sports before that you should never jump in hard whatever physical activity you do(and yes, PE is no different, we are putting pressure on something that was not used to that stress before)..

I do not think you lost your newbie gains, Besides, I think we should all be ready for good and bad days, sometimes it just won’t look and feel right, but that does not mean that we are not making progress long-term.

So don’t be discouraged, especially after PEing for hardly a month.That is just too soon to judge anything.Stay positive and you’ll see the gains.

I am attaching my PE log made in MS Excell. Please feel free to use it if you like, just clear all my data. (Its a simple spreadsheet that calculates monthly totals) I will make it better with progress graphs later. I am just not sure what i should add to it at this point.

Hey Man, I think you need to slow down. I went Gung Ho for 3 weeks and had to take a trip out to the West coast for a couple of weeks. I was surrounded by family and couldn’t do much there, so when I got back I thought I’d make up for lost time. I got home and hit it hard for almost a week. My poor dick was struggling. LOL It was like a wet noodle. I thought I had lost it all. I waited about 4 days and started back up. Yesterday, I measured for the first time in a month and I’m up. So, the moral here is, don’t push too hard. Be patient, gains will come.

Yeah, don’t push too hard or it’s gonna slow you down in the long run. Overtraining is the easiest way to kill your dick.

I am restarting PE with the new info here on this site. Had a lot of success from just jelqing years ago. I’m trying to regain some length I think I lost from stopping for more than 2 years ( didn’t even know of the PE “thing” until bumping into it on the net) and probably age (45). But my point is that my gains came from consistent daily jelqing; I didn’t know any stretches and certainly didn’t know of any “equipment” except a old fashion cheap pump which I used sporadically like 4/5 times /month. I went from 7.75” to 9 over two years of regular consistent daily practice. But my routine was only maybe 150 jelqs per day, but I Never missed a day. The newbie routine here is harder than anything I ever did. I’m going to return to the jelq but I’m adding the newbie stretches as listed.

How many inches did you loose in those 2 years of no PE.

Did you quit cold turkey or did you have some kind of deconditioning routine?
